Study On Rules Of Syndromes Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Male Infertility(Oligoasthenozoospermia)

Objective This study explores rules of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of male infertility, to draw a conclusion and clarify the correlation between objective indicators with symptom of traditional Chinese medicine, so that provide reference for diagnosis and treatment about oligoasthenozoospermia.Methods This study is divided into two steps. First of all, on the basis of literature analysis and expert experience, develop the male infertility (oligoasthenozoospermia) syndromes questionnaire, and apply it to the clinical.300 patients are collected for the epidemiological investigation and their information are collected to draw the conclusion.Results In the study, syndromes of 300 patients is complex, but there are mainly eight syndromes.The syndrome of no symptom to different is the most syndrome pattern.The next is the syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yang (20.3%), deficiencyof kidney-yin (16.3%), downward of damp-heat (12.7%), deficiency of qi and blood(7.3%), liver depression and qi stagnation (6%), qi deficiency and blood stasis resistance (4.3%), deficiency of qi of spleen stomach (3.7%). In addition, the correlation between TCM syndrome and the related parameters is not very clear, the patient of kidney -yang deficiency have lower testosterone levels and sperm motility (P<0.05), the density of kidney-yin deficiency is low(P<0.05).Conclusion The syndrome of male infertility appeares new changes in the new period, some patients have no symptom to different, and the main syndrome types also change compared with the textbook, and the other experts’report is not the same. The correlation between syndromes and objective indexes is not very clear, And the study is limited in hangzhou area, in order to improve the objectivity and scientific data, we should continue this study, in order to understand the national law of male infertility, and define the correlation between syndromes and objective indicators.
