Effect Of Fragrant Tianma Decoction On Blood Pressure Variability In Hypertension Patients With Hyperactivity

Objective: Through the observation of the effect of incense Tianma Decoction of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type hypertension patients with blood pressure, blood pressure variability, TCM syndrome, providing the basis for the local medicine, national medicine in the treatment of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type of hypertension.Methods: Collected in Department of hypertension, the Xinjiang Urumqi City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology and Xinjiang Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in January 2015 June 2015 differentiation of symptoms and signs for hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type of grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension patients in 124 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group 62 cases and 62 cases in the control group, observed before and after treatment clinic blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure(ABP), blood pressure variability, clinical symptom change, do statistical analysis. Results: â‘ Compared with the control group, the systolic blood pressure variability(24hSBpCV), 24 h diastolic blood pressure variability(24hDBpCV), daytime systolic blood pressure variability(DDBpCV), daytime diastolic blood pressure(NSBpCV), nighttime diastolic blood pressure(NSBpCV), night diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05) and NDBpCV(NDBpCV) were significantly different in 1 hypertensive patients(DSBpCV); â‘¡Compared with the control group, the average blood pressure(DDBP) in the treatment group was not significantly different(P>0.05), the average diastolic blood pressure(24hDBP), the average systolic blood pressure(NDBP), the average systolic blood pressure(NSBP) in the treatment group(24hSBP), the average blood pressure(P<0.05) were decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05) in the two groups;â‘¢Compared with the control group, the treatment group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TCM, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion: Fragrant Tianma Decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type of hypertension can decrease blood pressure variability in patients with, improve the clinical symptoms. It is an effective medicine for the treatment of hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type.
