Clinical Observation Of Trigeminal Neuralgia Deep Needling Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:Study EA deep acupuncture treatment of primary clinical efficacy. Through acupuncture points and deep puncture Shimonoseki ordinary electric needle acupuncture efficacy comparative analysis proved EA deep needling in clinical practice more significant effect, so that the clinical application and promotion.Method:All 30 patients were from October 2013 to October 2015 Institute of Integrative Medicine clinic patients treated with primary trigeminal neuralgia. The main diagnostic criteria pursuant to Jia Jianping, Chen Sheng and other first editor of "Neurology" People’s Health Publishing House in March 2013 7th Edition textbook, exclude other cases do not meet the inclusion criteria. According to the principle of random sampling, which was divided into two groups namely the treatment group and the control group,each group of 15 people, they were selected points:"Xiaguan", "Baihui", "Hegu." The treatment group received " Xiaguan" deep needling acupuncture therapy, the control group with ordinary acupuncture. Twice treatment each day, one course includes 14 days treatment, two courses in total. Before and after the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia technical method for recording the frequency of seizures in patients daily; visual analogue scale before and after the treatment of pain in patients with trigeminal neuralgia record classification; evaluation standard reference the 2001 "Guidelines for clinical research Chinese medicine treatment of trigeminal neuralgia" and "Traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnosis routine" determination. After two courses of statistics analysis after the whole procedure is finalized. Result: ① treatment group and the control group therapy seizure frequency groups were compared by t-test analysis P<0.05, with a significant difference between the treatment group was significantly reduced seizure frequency, than the control group. ② After the treatment group and the control group therapy visual analog scores, t-test analysis, P<0.05, with a significant difference in the extent of the treatment group significantly reduced pain, better than the control group. ③ The cure rate of 13.33%, the total efficiency of 93.33% in the control group, the cure rate of 6.66%, the total efficiency of 80%, proved acupuncture treatment of primary deep effect is better than ordinary acupuncture methods.Conclusion: ① deep needling acupuncture and electro-acupuncture ordinary acupuncture treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia have a better therapeutic effect, but the therapeutic effect of acupuncture needling depth is better than ordinary acupuncture methods.② deep needling acupuncture can significantly reduce seizure frequency and degree of pain in patients with seizure patients, for the lifting of patients with trigeminal neuralgia pain provides an effective and significant new treatment method.
