Clinical Effect Of Gastrodia Decoction On Elderly Patients With Simple Systolic Hypert Ension(Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Turbidity) And Its Effect On Blood Pressure Variability

Objective: observed the clinical efficacy and BP variability of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension(qi deficiency and turbidity),evaluated the effectiveness of the decoction in the treatment of the disease,and providde more clinical data for the treatment of pure systolic hypertension(qi deficiency and turbidity).Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021,the first Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine met the diagnosis of elderly simple systolic hypertension,A total of 70 outpatient patients with TCM syndrome differentiation who met qi deficiency and sputum turbidity syndrome,Randomized into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases),The control group was given the general treatment(smoking cessation and alcohol restriction,Regular movement,A Low-salt,low-fat diet,have a good rest,Avoid emotional excitement,etc.)and medication(amlodipine tablets),In the treatment group,Observed the TCM symptom points before and after treatment,Ambulatoried blood pressure(24h SBP,24 h DBP,DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP),Blood pressure variability and quality of life.Result:1.The difference between groups after treatment with TCM syndrome was very significant(P<0.05).The treatment group treated with stilbene Gastrodia elata soup was better than the control group and the efficiency was significantly improved.2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment showed 24 h SBP,DSBP,NSBP,NSBP,24SBP-SD,d SBP-SD,n SBP-SD from the control group(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.No differences in 24 h DBP,DDBP,NDBP,24DDP-SD,d DBP-SD,and n DBP-SD(P> 0.05).3.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different in physiological symptoms,somatization symptoms,sleep status,anger and vitality,anxiety and working status(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the total and total scores were higher than before treatment.Conclusion:1.Diqi-operated Gastrodia elata soup can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity type EISH,relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients,and the curative effect is accurate and safe.2.The standard Gastrodia elata soup has a significant effect on regulating the blood pressure of qi deficiency and sputum turbid EISH patients,reduces the systolic blood pressure and blood pressure variability,and has no significant effect on normoblood pressure.3.Diqi Gastrodia elata Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension(qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity),especially in physiological symptoms,somatization symptoms,sleep status,vitality and vitality,working status and anxiety dimensions.
