Clinical Study Of Compund Gastrodia Elata Antihypertensive Granules In The Treatment Of Hypertension With Sleep Disorder Patients Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:To research the clinical effect of Compound Gastrodia Elata Antihypertensive Granules on hypertension with sleep disorder patients of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.Method: 60 cases of outpatients and inpatients with hypertension with sleep disorder of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into treatment group(traditional chinese medicine + western medicine group)and control group(simple western medicine group)with 30 cases in each group,both groups were given routine antihypertensive drugs(amlodipine + irbesartan),the treatment group was treated with Compound Gastrodia Elata Antihypertensive Granules,the course of treatment is 8 weeks in both groups.The two groups were observed before and after treatment of Casual blood pressure(CBP),ambulatory blood pressuremoritoring assessment value(24h SBP,24 h DBP,DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and effect evaluation of sleep disorders,effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medical,angiotension II(AngⅡ),renin(RENIN),aldosterone(ALD),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),effect evaluation of general safety index.Result: 1.Comparison of Blood pressure value: 1.1Comparison of CBP:After treatment,the level of CBP was significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups,and there are statistical differences(P<0.05).the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).1.2Comparison of ambulatory blood pressuremoritoring assessment value:The levels of 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP were lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of PSQI score and effect evaluation of sleep disorders: After treatment,the PSQI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Effect evaluation of sleep disorders in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the effect evaluation of TCM: the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced in before and after treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the data were statistically different(P<0.05).4.Comparison of relevant laboratory parameters:There was no significant difference in RENIN before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the indexes of Ang Ⅱ,ET-1 and ALD in the treatment group were all decreased(P<0.05),and the indexes of NO were increased(P<0.05),and there were also differences between the same group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound Gastrodia Elata Antihypertensive Granules can obviously reduce the blood pressure of hypertension with sleep disorder patients of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,improve the sleep time of patients,effectively reduce the levels of AngⅡ and ET-1,increase the level of NO,and improve the clinical symptoms.
