Objective To research the effects of Compound Gastrodia Elata Antihypertensive Granules on vascular inflammation and immunity factor and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.Method Chosing sixty cases which according to the criterion of fitting into feritin with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.Sixty person were separated into two groups on the basis of random number table,one group is comparing group which taking basic medicine of Leptamlodipine and(or)Irbesartan.The other group which taking drugs with above-mentioned and traditional chinese medicine.Therapeutic process of two groups is four weeks.During the treatment process,we must observe Casual blood pressure(CBP),ambulatory blood pressuremoritoring assessment value including 24 h average systolic blood pressure(24h SBP)、 24 h average diastolic blood pressure(24h DBP)、Mean daytime systolic blood pressure(DSBP)、Mean daytime diastolic blood pressure(DDBP)、Mean night systolic blood pressure(NSBP)、Mean night diastolic blood pressure(NDBP),effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medical,C reactive protein(CRP),Homocysteine(HCY),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6)and safety judgment targets.Result1.Comparison of two groups with blood pressure value:1.1 Comparison of CBP:comparing with prior treatment,two groups with blood pressure are decreasing evidently.What’s more,the treatment group is falling clearly when compared with the matched group.1.2 Comparison of ambulatory blood pressuremoritoring assessment value: the levels of24 h DBP、DSBP、DDBP、NSBP、NDBP were lower than those before treatment in the two Groups and there was statistical difference between the two groups.2.Comparison of the curative effect with chinese therapy:comparing with prior treatment,two groups of syndrome integration with chinese medicine ar edropping into the low level.Overall consideration,the curing group has more sound results than the constrasting group.3.Comparison of relational laboratory values:two groups of CRP、Hcy、TNF-α、IL-6are descreasing obviously after treatment.More than,the treatment has more effectivly outcoming.Conclusion Compound Gastrodia Elata Antihypertensive Granules can obviously reduce the blood pressure of hypertension,clinical symptoms of trational chinese medicine and inflammatory indicators of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,effectively reduce the level of CRP、Hcy、TNF-α、IL-6.
