Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Precancerous Lesion Of Stomach With Yin Fluid Deficiency By Applying Jiajianyiweitang

Research purposes:Observe clinical,endoscopy,pathology efficacy in treating stomach yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions by applying the Jiajianyiweitang, and through the animal experiments from the glycolytic pathway to elucidate its mechanism.Research methods:(1) By observen and evaluate clinical efficacy in treating stomach yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions by applying the method of Jiajianyiweitang(2) By observing the mucosal lesions in PLGC rats after treatment with weifuchun group, model group and weifuchun group, acquisition of rat serum glucose, lactic acid, lactic acid dehydrogenase, using Western Blot method to detect the PFK2, PKM2 proteins expression in rat gastric mucosa tissues, PCR method acquisition of PKM2 mRNA content in the mucosa of rats,and investigate the treatment mechanism of PLGC rats with jiajianyiweitang.Clinical research results:1.The overall efficacy of TCM syndrome after 3 months:the clinical cure in 12 cases, marked in 24 cases, effective in 22 cases, ineffective in 08 cases, effective rate of 54.55%, the total effective rate of 87.88%.2.Three months after treatment, all clinical symptoms compared with before treatment: patients after stomach pain,bloating,noisy, eating less, dry mouth, belching,acid reflux, heartburn, dry stool symptoms before treatment significantly improved compared (P<0.05)3.Three months after treatment, endoscopy and pathology biopsy before treatment:patients after gastric atrophy, before the extent of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia compared with treatment significantly reduced or even reversed (P<0.05); 66 cases studied cases, atrophy clinical cure in 12 cases, marked in 24 cases,effective in 22 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, markedly effective rate of 54.55%, the total effective rate of 87.88%; intestinal clinical cure in 21 cases,15 cases markedly,20 cases effectively,10 cases ineffectively, markedly effective rate was 54.55%, the total effective rate was 84.84%; dysplasia clinically cured 18 cases, atrophy clinical cure in 15 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, markedly effective rate was 83.33%.experimental research results:1. Jiajianyiweitang can increase the weight of model rats and improve the colour, smell, excrement of rats and other general diseases2.Jiajianyiweitang can improve the gastric mucosa of inflammation in model rats3.Jiajianyiweitang can reduce the incidence of IM, Dys on the gastric mucosa of PLGC model rats4. High doses of a Jiajianyiweitang group can reduce PFK2, PKM2 protein and mRNA levels on rat gastric mucosaResearch conclusion:Comprehensive clinical results, we can get the following conclusion:1.Chinese medicine treatment options by applying the method of Jiajianyiweitang for improving stomach yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions overall effect is obvious.2.Chinese medicine treatment options by applying the method of Jiajianyiweitang for improving stomach yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions of bloating, stomach pain, noisy, eating less, dry mouth, belching,acid reflux, heartburn, dry stool symptoms significantly.3.Chinese medicine treatment options by applying the method of Jiajianyiweitang can be reversed to some extent patients of CAG with dysplasia with stomach yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia improve outcomes significantly.4.The treatment of stomach yin deficiency syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions by applying the method of Jiajianyiweitang has more substantial long-term clinical efficacy.5.Adverse reactions were not found due to medication caused during the treatment and follow-up.Upon discussing the experimental results, we can obtain the following conclusions:Jiajianyiweitang can effectively improve the gastric mucosal lesion in rats and mental state, reduce the incidence of the intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia with gastric cancer before the disease occurrence and development of the process, negative control glycolysis effect in rats, reduced the serum glucose absorption rate and the ability to lactate, Jiajianyiweitan could be by lowering the rat gastric mucosa PFK2, PKM2 protein content, lower PKM2 mRNA expression, thus inhibiting glycolysis occurs, reverse the stomach before the lesion to the development of gastric cancer.
