Analysis Of Clinical Effect On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Combined With Osteoporosis By Capsule Of Xitong

Objective:By comparing with two groups,to investigate the significance of antiosteoporosis for patients with osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis so that we could provide a new method on prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods:According to the guideline of choosing and excluding case,ninety cases from Zhangzhou hospital of TCM were choosed.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.There are 47 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group.The treatment group was cured with the capsule of xitiong, two pills every time,three times daily for 30 days and yitai one pills every time,twice daily for 30 days.The control group was cured with the capsule of xitiong two pills every time,three times daily for 30 days.then pump the joint fluid,leave 1-2ml, detect IL-1βand TNF-a.Meanwhile,the index of the variety of joint activity between before and after treatment is observed and compared with two groups.Results:①All cases were followed.In the treatment group,8 cases were crued,16 cases showed considerable improvement,18 cases improved,5 cases inefficacy,the total effective rate was 89.36%.In the control group,1 cases were crued,15cases showed considerable improvement,17 cases improved,10 cases inefficacy,the total effective rate was 76.74%.The treatment group is better than the control group in effective rate(P＜0.05);②Two groups after treatment were obviously improved in the passive activity and symptom of knee、BMD、the value of IL-1βand TNF-a(P＜0.05). The treatment group after treatment in knee function and the value of 1L-1βand TNF-a were better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:(1)it is necessary for patients with osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis to treat osteoporosis.It should be important for us to find out knee osteoarthritis patients combined with or not osteoporosis before treatment.(2)We can know that antiosteoporosis for patients with osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis can postpone pathology process of osteoarthritis and be good to prevention and cure of osteoarthritis.
