Teaching foreigners Chinese characters has played a very important role in Chinese foreign teaching. However, its study is a weak line at present. Chinese character is a kind of writing symbols, and it is different from alphabet writing. Therefore, students from foreign countries will be confronted with many difficulties in learning Chinese characters. Especially when they are writing Chinese characters, they will frequently make many mistakes. This is often because of insufficient understanding in Chinese character components and structures. So in the process of teaching foreigners Chinese characters, the teachers should strengthen the students’ understanding about characteristics of the Chinese character components and structures. Only by doing so can we help them to master better Chinese characters.With the rapid development of Chinese foreign teaching, some related researches with Chinese characters teaching in teaching Chinese also develop constantly. Some previous studies mostly set some sets of teaching textbooks as our object, compare analysis rationality of the teaching textbooks of Chinese character and foreign Chinese character teaching papers starting from the Chinese characters ontology research are very little. Chinese character teaching must have solid ontology theory research. This article mainly refers to Wang Chao’s master’s thesis from Suzhou University which named The primary stage of Chinese comprehensive course teaching material character study-- take the "Boya Chinese"(junior started I) as an example. Based on the carrier of Chinese characters from Chinese as a foreign language teaching material the development of Chinese comprehensive Ⅱ(primary)(hereinafter referred to as "development Ⅱ") which was written by Xu Guimei. This article will do research from the Chinese character itself. The writer will do some classified statistics and analysis with the characters in Development Ⅱ. So we can clearly understand the teaching of Chinese characters in the book and what kind of "word theory" we should adopt. This paper will take the Chinese foreign teaching textbooks written by Xu Guimei "development Ⅱ" in the selected Chinese characters as the research object and use the statistical method, comparative method and literature method. First of all, the rationality of the selected Chinese character of this book has carried on the statistical analysis research. So we can make more progress in textbooks. And then take the selected Chinese character components from Development Ⅱ and statistical analysis of the components in the application of teaching Chinese characters. At last, use the theory of Xu Shen and Dai Zhen’s traditional Chinese characters structure with Su Peicheng’s theory of modern new Chinese characters, and make some classified statistics with the structure of Chinese characters in the book. And explore the corresponding relations between the two kinds of structure types of Chinese characters. Based on these, the writer will analyze the structure of teaching method in the application of teaching foreigners Chinese character.The first chapter of this article mainly expounds the purpose and significance of thesis research and the domestic and foreign review on the study of Chinese characters teaching Chinese as a foreign language and teaching materials. And the writer will attach the junior students learning Chinese characters survey from Hebei University, in order to provide some beneficial enlightenment for the below article discusses teaching.The second chapter of this article will analyze the rationality of the selected Chinese characters from development Ⅱ. First of all, the writer will analyze the selected 745 characters in the book is appropriate for the primary stage of student learning. And then the writer will do some statistics for the selected Chinese characters of particle rates. Because of the high master more word frequency of Chinese characters for the students’ reading, listening and so on various aspects of the learning efficiency will be greatly improved. The chapter also accords to the national level of two authoritative Chinese tables, such as the outline of Chinese vocabulary and Chinese character level and Chinese international education with syllabic characters vocabulary hierarchies. And make some selected statistics on the 745 different levels of Chinese characters, in order to know analysis of the teaching material of the selected character is appropriate for the primary stage student learning. At last, development Ⅱ and other three materials selected words of Chinese as a foreign language are compared from different aspects. The writer finds that some Chinese foreign language textbooks of selected words still have unreasonable phenomenon, and sum some advice of Chinese as a foreign language teaching material to choose words.The third chapter will analyze the selected Chinese character components on the development Ⅱ. And then further the application of "component teaching method" in the foreign Chinese character analysis. There are a lot of methods about the foreign Chinese character teaching, component teaching method is one of them. Component is a part of the whole Chinese characters. If we know them, we can help students understand the motivations of Chinese characters. And lay a solid foundation for students to learn the whole word.The fourth chapter will do some structural types of the traditional and modern statistical analysis on the selected characters from development Ⅱ. Due to the evolution of Chinese characters, the traditional theory of "Chinese characters" is not completely suitable for the analysis of the structure of modern Chinese characters. So this paper will do some statistical classification on modem Chinese characters structure theory of Su Peicheng and select structure types of Chinese characters. For the different structure types of Chinese characters, a lot of corresponding teaching suggestions are put forward, but for Chinese characters in our time, we still have no system of detailed teaching methods and suggestions. Traditional Chinese has a strong justification in the past, so this paper argues that teaching of modern Chinese characters, we still need to be combined with traditional Chinese characters structure theory in the past, in order to make the students have a better memorization significance in Chinese characters.
