Studies On The Citizens’ Orderly Political Participation Path During The Period Of China Social Transition

Enhancing citizen’s participating politics, on one hand, it is vital guarantee of developing Chinese Communist Republic Politics and externalizing the constitutional spirit of people’s democratic dictatorship; on the other hand, it is also an important sign of evaluating Chinese Democratic Politics development. Since the carrying out of revolution and opening policy, out society began a period of transformation. With continuous development of economy, enlarging of autonomy of main benefits, benefits dividing and regrouping becomes faster and faster. At the same time, the idea of power is being awaken and strengthened, and the wish for demanding profit becomes stronger and stronger. Consequently, it brings the conflict of the whole society on a large scale. Therefore, to develop communist democratic policy, it is necessary to form a method for people from various social levels and groups to convey and assert of legitimate interest. It is an important issue which has to be solved.Based on Marxism and people taking leadership theory, relevant views of the theory of development and the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this essay deals with the connotation of citizen’s orderly Political Participation, contemporary value and existence during social transformation. Emphasizing on improving ways of taking part in politics and to expand new channels for political participation, to improve the quality of public participation, create cultural environment of orderly participation and strengthen party leadership. This essay investigates how to expand public political participation in above five aspects. There are five chapters, consist of introduction, main body and conclusion.The first chapter is the introduction. It elaborates the purpose and the meaning of the study. It is an overview of the formal research and it introduces the thought and methods of this essay.Chapter two defines the basic idea of citizen’s participating politics during transformation period, and makes the difference among political participation, the one that in order and the one in disorder. It also analyses Marxism, especially the part relevant to orderly participating in politics.Chapter three deal with the contemporary value of accomplishing citizen’s political participation. Starting from facts of Chinese society, it discusses the significant role of orderly political participation in achieving people mastering and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Chapter four illustrates the main problems of the facts of citizen’s political participation during transformation period. We are clear that the level of political participation is relatively low in total by analyzing facts. Although we have made progress, there are still some issues to be worked out. For example, the regulation has to be perfected, citizen’s ability needs to be improved and the imbalance of citizen’s political participation.Focusing on the essential problems coming out during transformation period in society, chapter five comes up with relevant solutions. First of all, to make sure citizen’s political participation without impediment; second, to develop new ways of participating based on Chinese society; third, to enhance citizen’s ability in participating politics and create beneficial cultural atmosphere in order to advance the effect of political participation; last but not least, to strengthen the ability of Ruling Party recommending citizen’s power in political participation, and to form the interaction among state, society and citizens, aiming at improving political participation.
