With the comprehensive promotion of quality education, as a key period of senior high school qualityeducation has gradually attracted the attention of the society and the vast majority of education worker. Butthere are a series of problems in the education work and the basis of exam-oriented education occupiesmost of the position, it cannot satisfy the demand of the society. Basic education must be changed, andcaused the eighth elementary education reform. Ordinary senior high school in Henan province come intothe new curriculum experiment since2008. Biology as the representative of the natural sciences has beenchanged. As a guiding document for the full-time ordinary senior high school biology teaching outline (trialedition) has been replaced to the ordinary senior high school biology curriculum standard (experiment), thefull-time ordinary senior high school textbooks (compulsory) has been replaced to ordinary senior highschool curriculum standard experiment textbook, and the university entrance exam as the only nationalrecruitment exam also changed. The biological test scores went up from a72%to a90%, and test paperfrom outline gradually to new curriculum standard.In this paper, using the method of literature to obtain some information about a new round of curriculumreform of the relevant literature. Using the traditional analysis method of examination paper from theexamination knowledge, knowledge distribution, a detailed analysis of cognitive ability of paper andanalysis in nearly five years of the college entrance examination paper, and respectively from the choiceand the choice on the basis of the examination of the change of their cognitive abilities requirement. Usingcomparative research to the guidance document from the overall teaching goal, curriculum design, teaching,evaluation of recommendation for comparison, from the writing system to the teaching material, teachingmaterial content, activity design, textbook illustrations, after-school exercises design aspects of comparison. While the university entrance exam questions in nearly five years test paper based on the analysis of thetotal number of text, charts, the form which we set a question, involving knowledge and cognitivedimensions, chief primarily, the overall guidance document, textbooks and comparing test after the newbiology curriculum reform of the senior high school.Through a series of analysis, the paper found that the new curriculum reform pays more attention toemphasize the students’ learning style, strengthen basic knowledge, put forward the new requirements forenhancing students’ abilities, focus on contact with life and pay attention to the establishment of theknowledge framework, which is the embodiment of exam-oriented education to quality education.In the process of implementation of quality education, the higher efficiency in the classroom and themethod to cultivate students’ ability is learning guide and the use of multimedia, the class can use mindmapping to carry out on the knowledge frame of forming a relatively complete system of knowledgeframework. Through learning guide, multimedia display, the proper use of mind mapping in teaching willcan be better to promote students’ autonomous learning, autonomous exploration and the cultivation ofthinking ability, and is more conducive to quality education.
