It is an inevitable trend for port enterprises to realize remote centralized control operation mode under the background of smart port construction.The operation and management mode of "centralized control,hierarchical management,on-site assistance and remote interaction" has become the only way for port enterprises to develop.In this paper,based on the port enterprise operation management and remote control mode of the existing research results,combined with the current actual design about No.9 Company of Qinhuangdao Port,to evaluate the influence of remote centralized control operation mode on operation management of No.9 Company of Qinhuangdao Port,find out the current problems existing in the operation management,and design the optimization scheme from the aspects of equipment management,scheduling management and service management,in order to put forward reasonable,adaptive,comprehensive and practical suggestions in the process of smart port construction,and put forward operation management optimization countermeasures.The main contents of the article are as follows:Firstly,focusing on the background significance and the research status of remote centralized control mode and Operation Management at home and abroad,and also combs the theoretical history of the implementation and operation management of the remote mode of enterprises at home and abroad.Secondly,the article introduces the operation management related analysis methods and theoretical basis,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent operation management optimization of No.9 Company of Qinhuangdao Port.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current situation of operation management of No.9 Company of Qinhuangdao Port from three aspects: equipment management,scheduling management and service management,and finds out the existing problems.Then,the paper puts forward optimization suggestions from three aspects of equipment management,scheduling management and service management.In the part of equipment management,the time delay maintenance theory is used to determine the best maintenance period of equipment.The scheduling management part,uses the parallel theory to optimize the production organization.The service management part designs development,maintenance and recovery schemes for different customer types.Finally,the safeguard measures of operation and management optimization of No.9 Company of Qinhuangdao Port are formulated.
