Development And Applications Of Visualization Tool Based On Configuration For Monitoring Machine

CNC technology is the basis of national industrial level, it has been widely applied to machinery, information, medical equipment, military equipment and so on. With the development of IIOT, intelligent, opening, network-based numerical control technology will become an inevitable trend. people put forward higher requirements to monitor CNC machine and management, they hope to achieve networking of workshop information in the way of remote monitoring and managing CNC machine tools.In this paper, to begin with.numerical control systems and information technology,the paper analyzes the current status of visual surveillance technology and networking of workshop information,in order to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring status of machine,we propose a kind of interface tool based on HncWeb platform to create SVG graphic interface in the way of configure.Firstly, this paper elaborates the Framework of HncWeb service platform, analyzes the difference between MTConnect and HncWeb service platform,It leads to the technical solution of interface tools developed in this paper at aspects of data visualization and SVG tool. At the same time, it analyzes the way of the data interaction between the browser and server to ensure real-time of monitoring interface.This paper designs and implements overall Framework of HncWeb platform acquisition from CNC,storage,query,and describes manufacturing flow and realizing mechanism of visualization tool based on configuration from aspects of drawing and editing,and through data driven API to realize monitor machine.Finally, the paper introduces the application of the visual interface tools developed in monitoring machine, validate feasibility and real-time in monitoring machine.
