Based on the zhangjiakou xuanhua of 330 MW power plant 1 # and 2 # as the backing, the paper does research for performance and economic of modifing the denitration system. First,the paper discusses the research background and choose the significance of this topic, and cites numerous article which suggests the research status of denitration technology and process at home and abroad.The paper simply introduces the principle, and understand the NOx control technology in coal-fired power plants at present through the formation of NOx principle analysis, the low NOx technology is divided into the low NOx burner technology and flue gas denitration technology. The brief analysis of the air classification and grade of fuel combustion, flue gas recycling, low NOx burners and low NOx combustion technologies such as selective catalytic reduction method and selective catalytic reduction method, adsorption method, plasma activation method such as flue gas denitration principle and applicable scope, lay a foundation for the entire denitration project.Then, the paper chooses denitration xuanhua power plant 1 # unit renovation process.Through the comparison of three kinds of reducing agent and denitration technology analysis, the program choose the liquid ammonia as the reducing agent of this project, has transformed the burner + SCR as denitration technology of this project. Reductant and denitration technology is determined, the denitration system retrofit scheme design, several kinds of burner retrofit scheme is analyzed, and the xuanhua power plant 1 # boiler burner retrofit design of the unit. The paper analyize the SCR system, SCR reactor transformation system and control system, etc.The paper analyzes of properties of the SCR system reconstruction by power plant denitration system after the actual operation data.,and select 100% load(330 mw) and 75% load(250 mw) of performance analysis with two conditions respectively.The calculation results show that the denitration efficiency were greater than 80%,and has reached the design requirements, after processing at the same time when the oxide concentration of less than 100 mg/Nm3 as prescribed by the state, the other parameters are also comply with the design requirements, the desired effect.Finally, on the whole SCR denitration project do investment and benefit analysis, specific investment of this project in detail, and calculated the benefits of the whole project. And come to the conclusion that this project makes the xuanhua power plant 1 # and 2 # unit has reached the requirement of environmental protection departments, and has good economic and social benefits.
