| With the reforming acceleration of the water policy,the water market is gradually open to social capital and private capital,which has created a rare historical opportunity for the development of China’s water industry.The SDSF environmental group is created by the marketization of state owned water capital and has become an important force in the water industry in Shandong.In recent years,with the accelerated integration of water markets around the country,the national and regional water companies continue to emerge,the market competition will continue to become fiercer.For the SDSF environmental group,how to condense the strength of enterprises and seize the market opportunities to achieve rapid rise,has become an unavoidable problem.This paper takes the development strategy of SDSF environmental group as the research content.First of all,this paper discusses the current development strategy of SDSF environmental group,analyzes the problems existing in the development strategy,and points out the direction for the subsequent strategic improvement,Such as the shortage of water industry chain,slow business development in Shandong province,and less prominent main business advantage.The strategic problem restricts the long-term development of the enterprise,but explains the direction of the subsequent strategic transformation.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development environment of SDSF environmental group,identifies the strategic opportunities and threats faced by SDSF,and explores the advantages and disadvantages of SDSF.Then go on to analyze and evaluate the internal and external strategic environment of SDSF.Thirdly this research makes a detailed strategic plan for the new development strategy of SDSF.Based on SWOT strategic matrix analysis,concludes that to strengthen the Shandong market,accelerate the layout of the national market and deeply promote the development of water industry chain is necessary in the near future.Under the guidance of the new development strategy vision and ideology,the paper designs the market penetration strategy,market development strategy,vertical integration strategy and hybrid development strategy.Through the comparison and analysis of each strategy,the research chooses the mixed development strategy.Finally,the safeguard measures of development strategy that contains human resources,production operation and management information are defined to promote strategy implementation. |
