With the increasing development of advanced manufacturing,rapid prototyping technology has been widely used in various fields of industrial production.As an important branch of rapid prototyping,electron beam rapid prototyping has recently become one of the research hotspots in manufacturing.Electron beam rapid prototyping technology is developed in the past decade,the emerging manufacturing technology,is still in a continuously develop and constantly improve process.Although the domestic have the electronic beam rapid prototyping equipment,but the field is still in its infancy,the domestic technology is not yet mature,the reliability and commercialization of electron beam rapid prototyping system equipment needs to be further improved,the motion control system is an important part of the electron beam rapid prototyping equipment,its research is also very necessary.The main research object of this paper is the motion control system of electron beam rapid prototyping machine.Firstly,the dynamic analysis of the multi-axis system is carried out.Then,the hardware and software of the system are designed in detail,and an economical and open CNC system,the use of the system can be achieved on the system of three-dimensional workstations,wire feeding mechanism and electronic beam of uniform control to meet the processing needs.First,the development of rapid prototyping technology,especially the characteristics of electron beam rapid prototyping technology and the present situation of domestic and foreign development are introduced.Based on the comparison of current and domestic electron beam rapid prototyping equipment,according to the demand and actual situation of this project,formed the plan of the electron beam rapid prototyping machine motion control system design.Second,the dynamic model and characteristics of the multi-axis system are analyzed,and a synchronization control strategy is proposed for the saturation phenomenon of the driver in practice.The stability of the system is verified by the direct method of La Yapunov and the LaSalle invariance principle.Finally,the control strategy is applied to a triaxial system,and the algorithm is compared with the algorithm without synchronization control strategy to prove the superiority of the control strategy.Third,the hardware design of the PC plus motion control card control program,the comparison of several servo systems,combined with the actual needs of the final selection of semi-closed-loop AC servo system.The function of the PCI-1245 motion control board,the connection of the servo motor and the driver,the connection and setting of each hardware are studied,and the wire feeding system is designed.Last,the software control system of this project adopts the modular design method.The whole software control system is divided into two parts: upper and lower machine software.The software of the host computer mainly includes the human-computer interaction module,the G code compiling module,the parameter setting module,the fault diagnosis module Etc.,the lower computer software,including servo control module,power system control module and sports board driver module.Using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 to write man-machine interface,call the PCI motion control card in the motion function library,control the servo drive pulse and direction signals to control the motor steering and speed,and ultimately to control the servo motor.
