Pharmaceutical wastewater,which containes high concentration of organic pollutants and variety kinds of toxic and harmful substances,is becoming one of the most hot and difficult topics in the field of industrial water treatment.Aiming at the problems of low biodegradability and difficult degradation of organic matter,the paper had studies the performance of Fenton oxidation anaerobic contact oxidation process for treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.At first,the paper examined the effect of Fenton oxidation technology in the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,and optimize the process parameters of Fenton oxidation treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.Then the paper designed and built "Fenton oxidation-anaerobic contact oxidation process" of 200 m3/d pharmaceutical wastewater processing technology,and has adjusted and optimized it,making the effluent reaching the relevant design standards.The results are as follows:?1?The Fenton small scale test results show that under the condition of the influent COD's concentration of about 60000 mg/l,with the increase of the ratio of H2O2 to COD,the removal rate of COD reaches the maximum value and then decreases slowly,while the SS removal rate decreases.With the increase of the ratio of n?H2O2?and n?Fe2+?,the removal rate of COD reached the maximum value and then decreased slowly,while the SS removal rate decreased.For this kind of wastewater,the best reaction parameters were:m?H2O2?:m?COD?=2:1,n?H2O2?:n?Fe2+?=10:1,pH=2,t=40min.The removal rates of COD and SS in wastewater were 57.02%and 79.77%,respectively.?2?The paper adopts anaerobic aerobic biological treatment process,Fenton device hydraulic retention time was HRT=8.13 h;the anoxic hydraulic retention time was HRT=8.25 h,the effective depth of H=4.5 m;contact oxidation pool hydraulic retention time was HRT=16.1 h,the effective depth of H=4.4 m,volume load was 2.0 kgCOD/m3·d.?3?In the process of 200 m3/d,Fenton,COD,SS,etc.had a high removal rate in the pharmaceutical wastewater.The average removal rates of COD and SS were 29.34%and 67.36%after Fenton.The optimal value of COD,SS and NH3-N in anaerobic effluent after anaerobic treatment was 4700 mg/1,245 mg/1,55 mg/l,removal rate was 62.20%,65.09%,73.17%.Finally,after the contact oxidation tank treatment,the removal efficiency of COD,SS,TN,NH3-N,TP in effluent was significantly higher than that under anaerobic conditions.The best effluent values were 80 mg/l,56 mg/l,34 mg/l,6.4 mg/l,5.4 mg/l,removal rates were 98.26%,71.13%,73.01%,85.11%,50.94%.The above studies showed that the Fenton oxidation anaerobic contact oxidation technology has obvious effect on the degradation of organic compounds in pharmaceutical wastewater.Through the Fenton oxidation reaction system of macromolecular organic matter oxidation in sewage was decomposed into small molecular organic compounds,which improves the biodegradability of the subsequent biological treatment,anaerobic system further sewage refractory organics decomposed into easily degradable organic matter,and then through the contact oxidation,the organic thoroughly degraded.
