Base On Moldflow Of Washing Machine Outer Tub Mould Design And Optimize

The washing machine outer tub forming method is injection moulding,in order to achieve the purpose of bearing inner tub,fixed motor,so outer tub general size is bigger and there are many complex bearing structure on the body,causing manufacturing mould,casting,the cooling system is more complex,traditional injection mould design mainly for the designers to rely on their own experience in the early stage of the preliminary design,and then using the empirical formula to check of the key structure,until the time of the test to determine whether the design of the mould is reasonable,a set of mould generally try to after many die,die can meet the design requirements,and the use of CAE analysis software for mold design in contrast to the modern model,based on Moldflow mould design analysis software external tube mould is analyzed,To optimize the mould structure,the purpose of this article main research content is:(1)Expounds the subject put forward the purpose and significance of dynamic development of mold design at home and abroad was analyzed,and the analysis of the defects in the domestic mold design,summarized our country of the defects in the mold design compared with the developed countries abroad,determine the main researching contents of the thesis.(2)Using Newton’s theory of relativity filling process of molten state of the plastic theory,using the continuity equation of fluid physical model setup,CAE analysis theory;Gating system,ejector system,cooling system is the mold of the three systems,the design process is more complex,through to the literature,design standards to make a summary of the three systems.(3)In order to determine the best hot runner mould gating system,according to the rheological design,design for the hot runner size is calculated,and then using the Mold Flow analysis software,the gate location of external barrel carries on the preliminary analysis,and through the MPI/Flow module to fill time,gas hole and weld line,clamping force and volume shrinkage ratio analysis of the gating system of the best solutions.(4)To improve the efficiency of cooling tube using MPI/Cool analysis module optimization analysis of the cooling system,the cooling system on the sliding block instead of multilayer three-dimensional layout,outer barrel at the bottom of the cooling water channel rearranging,shorten the channel flow,increase the cooling water channel,the optimized cooling takes 21.45 s,compare with the optimized before 35 s,improve the cooling efficiency is 38.7%.
