Oil-gas-water treating system layout design is an important part of the semi-submersible production platform design,not only restricting the production efficiency of the whole field,but also playing a crucial impact on the overall performance of the platform.Presently,Oil-gas-water treating system layout design depends on manual work which leads to longer design cycle,lower efficiency and other issues.In order to solve these issues,research on layout optimization method of oil-gas-water treating system is explored,based on the major project “research of key technologies in overall design of deep-water semi-submersible production platform”,which includes the following contents:Research of equipment layout: principles of oil-gas-water treating system equipment layout are inductived,and the equipment layout method of oil-gas-water treating system is proposed based on technological process.This method is applied to target platform to analyze oil-gas-water treating technological,to divide functional modules and spatial levels,to design the overall layout of each duck,classification of hazardous areas and escape routes.Research of pipelines layout: constrains and rules of pipelines layout design are inductived,and the method of modeling in piping simulation environment is proposed based on engineering constrains.This method is applied to simplify the device model and to mesh the pipelines layout space for discretization.The path is encoded based on node location coordinates and serial numbers,and the mathematical model of pipelines layout is established targeted on the length of pipe,the number of elbow and the sum of weights of path node.A method of pipelines layout optimization is designed based on ant-system,the influence of various parameters on the performance of the algorithm is analyzed by simulation experiments,and the parameter selection criterion is given.In view of the defect of ant-system,three kinds of improving way are applied which are to improve heuristic function and to introduce mutation operation and method of setting dynamic parameter.So an improved method of pipelines layout optimization is designed.The effectiveness of this method is proved by simulation experiments and the performance of improved method has been significantly improved in both rate of convergence and global searching ability.A software of how to optimize three-dimensional pipelines layout of oil-gas-water treating system on semi-submersible production platform is exploited to realize automated three-dimensional simulated pipelines layout,taking the improved ant colony optimization as kernel.The process of pipelines layout optimization design and the application of software are showed in detail through the example of crude oil processing modules of targeting platform.
