The pipeline layout of large-scale oil and gas production equipment is an important part of the layout planning and design.The layout design of the pipeline should not only consider factors such as production,operation and maintenance,but also consider the impact of safety and economic factors.If you do not enter,you must ensure the production and maintenance functions of the pipeline,and also consider the pipeline layout to be beautiful.It can be seen that the pipeline layout problem is a complex multiobjective optimization problem.In the current design work,designers need to consider a large number of layout constraints,and then rely on their own experience to lay out the pipeline.This also leads to a long pipeline design work cycle,heavy workload,and The quality of pipeline design largely depends on the experience of the designer.Therefore,in view of the problem of pipeline layout,studying the intelligent layout of large-scale oil and gas production equipment pipelines is of great significance to realize the intelligentization of pipeline design work and improve the design efficiency of large-scale oil and gas production equipment.In response to the above problems,this article focuses on pipeline layout constraints,layout space environment modeling,pipeline layout optimization algorithms,and pipeline intelligent layout design software development.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyze the process flow of different systems of large-scale oil and gas production equipment based on the relevant specifications and standards of oil and gas production equipment and the oil and gas industry,and summarize the rules that should be followed in the layout of different process pipelines according to the different functions of oil,gas and water system pipelines and other auxiliary pipelines And established the corresponding constraint function.(2)Pre-process the layout space,move the module nozzles along the piping direction to create a virtual obstacle space to meet the corresponding engineering rules;take the minimum bending radius of the pipeline as the basic unit to perform the layout space Raster processing assigns values to nodes based on constraints,takes pipe length,number of elbows,and node weights as evaluation indicators,establishes a pipeline layout objective function,improves the ant colony algorithm,and combines it with the co-evolutionary algorithm.A multi-ant colony collaborative evolution algorithm is constructed.(3)Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of PDMS secondary development technology and software requirements,and use.NET technology for secondary development accordingly.Then the development platform and overall framework of the software system were given,and the pipeline layout software of large-scale oil and gas production equipment was developed.Finally,the corresponding functions of the software layout algorithm parameter module,database interaction module,layout spatial information extraction module,layout information import and export module,pipeline path intelligent layout module and pipeline path creation module are realized.(4)Finally,through the simulation example of the offshore platform,the pipeline layout was carried out using the pipeline layout software of large-scale oil and gas production equipment,and the pipeline layout was compared with the widely used PDMS automatic layout function,which verified the effectiveness of the algorithm and software in this paper.The intelligentization provides an idea.
