Flexible material of high molecular weight,molecular chain damping ratio is big,in the process of machining,the flexible material impact cutting momentum into their internal potential energy,causing obvious deformation,affect the quality of machining,which makes the vibration signal is very sensitive.In modern industry for material cutting quality requirements more and more high,this research in the process of the flexible material processing caused by the cutting vibration is very important.At present,vibration monitoring and analysis system based on virtual test instrument LabVIEW is widely used in the field of mechanical engineering,generally use it to real-time monitoring of mechanical process,the vibration size to make evaluation,and through the analysis of the effect of related parameters on the vibration caused by cutting to optimize the cutting parameters,and improve the cutting performance.This paper test bench and the vibration signal test system design,the experiment proves the detail.Happen test-bed is mainly composed of vibration signal can be horizontal reciprocating motion of the cylinder drives the cutting tools,cutting test system is mainly composed of test hardware system and software system,hardware by piezoelectric acceleration sensor,and its own signal conditioning,NI USB-6212(BNC),host,the data acquisition card,completed the vibration signal acquisition and the vibration caused by the physical quantities into electrical signal input to the computer;Graphical programming language LabVIEW software system is mainly used for cutting vibration signal collection,low pass digital filter,time-frequency domain analysis,correlation analysis,data storage,and other functions.The analysis of cutting performance,the simulation results from the experimental data of vibration signal testing and ANSYS two aspects.In completing the hardware system,software system debugging accurate after operation,the vibration signal in the test of flexible material cutting experiment,the control variable method is used to explore the impact the size of the cutting force and cutting speed on the influence of the vibration signal,so as to optimize the cutting parameters.Using ANSYS simulation,the accuracy of the test experiment is verified.Through the analysis we can see that the optimized cutting parameters reduced the mechanical vibration that caused by cutting tool,to ensure the quality of the flexible material processing precision.
