Research And Design Of Fault Diagnosis System For Cigarette-making Machine

With the development of technology,the automation degree of the Cigarette-making Machine becoming higher and higher,and the structure becomes more and more complicated,therefore,it requires the site personnel to have more practical and theoretical knowledge for fault diagnosis and treatment.At present,the enterprise only relies on the professional knowledge and experience of field maintenance personnel for troubleshooting and maintenance,which has great limitation.In view of these problems and the development trends of automation,network and intelligentization of tobacco machinery industry,the author studied the correlative theory of the fault diagnosis of the cigarette-making unit,designed the fault diagnosis system of the Cigarette-making Machine,and provided an important reference for realizing the rapid and standardized diagnosis and maintenance of the Cigarette-making Machine.In the first step,the author studied the problem of fault diagnosis.The existing fault diagnosis methods are summarized and analyzed.According to the characteristics of large-scale principle and experiential knowledge of tobacco machinery enterprises,the fault diagnosis of lap joint unit that based on fault tree and expert system was established,and the key theory of fault tree and expert system was analyzed.Then in the secondly step,the author,according to the development trend of equipment fault diagnosis,put forward the establishment of fault diagnosis system of the three-layer winding unit of "equipment layer-enterprise layer-remote layer",and designed the logical structure,function model and software structure of equipment layer,enterprise layer and remote layer.According to the present field data and text data mastered,the fault tree was established according to the typical faults such as,"running strip" of the coiling machine.The knowledge representation method of frame and rules was adopted,and the knowledge base of the fault diagnosis system was constructed.Finally,the author applied Visual Basic.NET and Oracle 11g as the developing tools of the system and developed a fault diagnosis expert system with main functions such as fault diagnosis,fault history query,clean maintenance work reminder and historical query,etc.The research of this paper provides a new idea for the research of fault diagnosis of domestic tobacco machinery industry,especially the coil unit,which provides a certain reference value for realizing the research of automation,intelligence and network of tobacco machinery.
