| Objective:Through the observation of neonatal pneumonia fingerprint of color, floating and sinking, short lag, yesangguan position in children and to explore the fingerprint in neonatal pneumonia in clinical application.Fingerprint of children and the relationship between TCM and tcm. To study the relationship between the fingerprint color and blood gas analysis, and the relationship between the fingerprint and the degree of the disease and the curative effect. Methods:After 24 hours of hospital admission and before discharge, quiet sta te, natural light collection and observation of children with fingerprints, detect ion of children with blood gas analysis, blood cell analysis, records of childre n with fingerprints, TCM syndromes, clinical symptoms and signs.Fingerprint observation methods: quiet state, infants in supine position, two finger position observation, and heart in the past with a horizontal position, the observer to fingers gently obey off toward the wind off the fingerprint show, then observing fingerprints exposed parts, fluency and color.Results:(1)Neonatal pneumonia fingerprint observation results are basically in accord with the "red and purple differentiation of cold and heat, the ups and downs of the points table, three Guan measuring weight";(2)mild pneumonia group and severe pneumonia group, the difference between the two groups of fingerprint clearance position has statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)Pa O2 is more than or equal to 50 mm Hg and Pa O2<50mm Hg group two groups of fingerprint color difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4) Smooth breathing group, mild shortness of breath group, shortness of breath with nasal fan group, asthmatic three concave sign group, there was significant difference between the four groups(P<0.05);(5) There was statistical significance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups(P<0.05) fingerprint three position difference. Conclusion:Neonatal pneumonia fingerprint color, yesangguan position, arterial oxygen pressure three indicators with help to judge the degree of neonatal pneumonia. This study may provide a clinical basis for early diagnosis and early treatment of neonatal pneumonia. The therapeutic effect and prognosis of children’s fingerprints on neonatal pneumonia may have certain guiding significance. |
