Objective Based on the inspection for the serum specific Ig E( s Ig E) of childhood asthmatic diseases to analyze the distribution characteristics of allergens,the distribution characteristics of specific allergen in asthmatic diseases are initially defined, providing a basis for the clinical prevention, treatment and prognosis of childhood asthmatic diseases.Methods Collected 226 cases from June 2014 to May 2015 for childhood respiratory diseases aged from 1 month to 13 years old. For 143 breathing groups,including 101 boys cases,42 girls cases,for 83 control groups,including 49 boys cases,34 girls cases. To use Allergy Screen susceptibility screening allergens diagnostic kits produced by The German Mediwiss Analytic Gmb H, adopting western blot methods with quick screening allergens detector, quantitative detection in patients with serum total Ig E(t Ig E) and specific Ig E(s Ig E). Allergen test projects include inhaled allergens,such as household dust mite, house dust, cat hair scurfy, dog dander, cockroaches, amaranth, mold(penicillium notatum, branch spore enzyme, smoke the enzymes, aspergillus Niger, cross-linking spore, etc.), grass pollen(short ragweed, mugwort, humulus scandens, quinoa grass), tree pollen(mulberry, birch, oak, elm, willow, cypress, poplar, etc.); Food allergens: egg albumen, milk, shrimp, crab, shellfish, beef, fruits(mango, pineapple), dried fruit nuts(cashew nuts).Results The positive rate of determination on childhood breathing groups for serum specific Ig E(s Ig E) detection is higher than the total Ig E(t Ig E). Inhaled allergens or eat allergens are different in age distributions, positive rate of food allergens during early childhood(1~years) are higher than in infancy, preschool and school-age children. Positive rate of food allergens from 3 years old to 13 years old decreased, but at the same time inhaled allergens positive rate rises obviously, the inhalation of allergens are transferred to inhaled allergens.In the breathing group,there are cat dander, amaranth, mold(penicillium notatum, branch spore enzyme, smoke the enzymes, aspergillus niger, cross-linking spore, etc.), grass pollen(short ragweed, mugwort, humulus scandens, quinoa grass), tree pollen(mulberry, birch, oak, elm, willow, cypress, poplar, etc.) in eating allergen egg albumen and inhaled allergens. However,the positive rate is different from the control group, there is statistical significance(P < 0. 05). In the breathing group,The total positive rate of the two or more allergens is 25.18% higher than that of the single allergen positive rate and the control group.Conclusion Allergens are the main factors of childhood asthmatic diseases. Child is given priority to eating allergy, preschool to school-age children is given priority to inhaled allergy. Inhalation allergens mold classes(penicillium notatum, branch spore enzyme, smoke the enzymes, aspergillus niger, cross-linking spore, etc.), grass pollen(short ragweed, mugwort, humulus scandens, quinoa grass), tree pollen(mulberry, birch, oak, elm, willow, cypress, poplar, etc.),sensitization to inhaled allergens risk increases with age. Asthmatic diseases are various allergens mostly caused by mixed sensitized leads, such as childhood wheezed again and again and protracted course of disease, or control effect is unsatisfactory, which may be caused by mixed sensitization. The breathing children with clear allergen should be targeted prevention and treatment as early as possible. Detection of serum specific Ig E with breathing children patients has an important reference value on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of childhood asthmatic diseases.
