Clinical Efficacy Of The Combination Of The Chinese Medicinal Herb Treatment And The Laparoscopic Surgery In The Treatment Of Tubal Infertility

Purpose:By observing the Chinese medicinal herb treatment before and after treatment on infertility who has oviduct inflammation and the expression of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the pure laparoscopic surgery,we've analyzed and compared the traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,local features,endometrial receptivity,rates of pregnancy and the fallopian tube recanalization rates before and after treatment,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the Chinese medicinal herb treatment on infertility who has oviduct inflammation and strongly recommend to improve the clinical level of TCM-WM treatment on infertility who has oviduct inflammation.Methods:It's requested to choose 50 patients who meet the requirement of experiment first and then randomly divide them into two groups:one is the treated group which is treated by the combination of the Chinese medicinal herb treatment and the laparoscopic surgery,the other one is control group which is treated by the pure laparoscopic surgery.It's requested to take Chinese medicinal herb for three months before and after treatment on the treated group and then randomly interview the two groups after treatment for half a year.Moreover,it's requested to do safety monitoring and the treatment analysis before and after treatment and observe the IL-2 levels in the peritoneal fluid of the two groups,the change of the endometrial receptivity,the improvement of symptoms and signs,the rate of pregnancy and the tubal patency.Results:1.There exist obvious expression differences(P<0.05)of IL-2 in the peritoneal fluid of two groups.2.The comparison of uterine pregnancy after treatment is as follows:the treated group is 64%without ectopic pregnancy and the control group is 32%with 3 patients who have got ectopic pregnancy.There's obvious difference between pregnancy rates of the two groups(P<0.05).3.It's easy to find out that the unobstructed status of the treated group is obviously better(P<0.05)than that of the control group after comparing the unobstructed status of fallopian tube of the two groups.4.Here are the total effective rates of local symptoms of the two groups after treatment:92.0%for the treated group and 76.0%for the control group.Both of the two groups have effectively improved the local symptoms,and the reduced effect of the treated group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of TCM symptoms of the two groups are 92.0%&68.0%separately.Though both of the two groups are able to make improvement of TCM symptoms,the treated group will receive the better effect(P<0.05).5.It's easy to find out that the treated group will play a much more important role in reducing the vascular resistance of artery and improving the endometrial receptivity(P<0.05)after comparing PI&RI of artery before and after treatment.Though the control group is able to reduce the vascular resistance of artery,the reduction effect is much lower than that of the treated group.Conclusions:The combination of the Chinese medicinal herb treatment and the laparoscopic surgery is able to effectively reduce the IL-2 level of inflammatory factors in the peritoneal fluid and part of the vascular resistance of the uterine cavity,and increase perfusion,improve the endometrial receptivity and relieve clinical symptoms.What's more,it'll recover the normal dissection and physiological function of fallopian tube and increase the intrauterine pregnancy rate.
