Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of Hsp90 a in HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma and to improve the early diagnosis rate of hepatocellular carcinoma.Method:1. 130 cases of patients with HBV-related liver disease from October 2015 to March 2016 were retrospectively analysed. The age of the patients was 20-70,including 98 males and 32 females. There were 32 cases of primary liver cancer (HCC)patients,45 cases of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) ,33 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis and 20 cases of healthy persons.Detect Hsp90 a and compare the Hsp90 a to observe if there was statistical significance .Results:1.There were significant differences between primary liver cancer group and hepatitis B cirrhosis group, chronic hepatitis B group and health examination group(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference between hepatitis B cirrhosis group and chronic hepatitis B group and health examination group(P>0.05).3.The sensitivity of the diagnosis of primary liver cancer was 68.75%,and the specificity was 95%.Conclusions:Hsp90 a can be used as one of the tumor markers in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer, for the diagnosis of primary liver cancer and improve the early diagnosis rate.
