The Research On The Prevention And Control Of Occupational Diseases In Inner Mongolia

Occupational disease prevention is related to the safety of life and property of workers,and is related to the overall situation of economic and social development.It is the core content of the grand goal of “Healthy China”.It is both a major livelihood issue and a major social issue.Inner Mongolia is a border ethnic minority autonomous region with Mongolian as the main body,and it is a gathering place for industry,enterprises,and animal husbandry.In recent years,occupational hazards are widely distributed in coal mines,non-coal mines,metal smelting,chemical industry,building materials,livestock processing,medicine,etc.In 17 industry fields,especially some local governments in Inner Mongolia over-emphasized the economic benefits.They paid insufficient attention to the prevention and control of occupational diseases in Inner Mongolia.Coupled with several reforms of the occupational disease prevention and control system since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the government was weak.Faced with the severe occupational disease prevention and control situation in Inner Mongolia,how to strengthen the prevention and control of occupational diseases in Inner Mongolia is the current critical task.This article elaborates the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of occupational disease prevention and control,and comprehensively discusses the occupational hazards in Inner Mongolia and the current situation of prevention and control supervision.It also analyzes the problems existing in the prevention and control of occupational diseases and the causes of the existing problems,and draws on experience in the prevention and control of occupational diseases at home and abroad.From the perspective of fully ensuring the implementation of the government's occupational disease prevention and control functions,promoting the standardized construction of occupational health technical service organizations,and promoting the employers' practical implementation of the three stakeholders' main responsibility for the prevention and control of occupational diseases,it put forward measures to improve the level of supervision and control of occupational diseases in Inner Mongolia.To further control and reduce occupational disease hazards in Inner Mongolia,it also hopes to provide some useful ideas for prevention and control of occupational diseases in other provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions.
