Based On The Inheritance Of TCM System Approach Professor Pan Yueli Experience Primary Enuresis Of Children Drug Treatment

Objective:Based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platforms,analysis of drugs and prescription characteristics of Professor Pan Yueli in treating infantile primary enuresis,summarize the treatment experience.Methods:341outpatient prescriptions by Pan Yueli professor of pediatrics at the Affiliated Hospitalof Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2012 to December 2016 in treating infantile primary enuresis,using the method of double entry by entry TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),through the platform of“data analysis”module“analysis”to analyzethe entry of prescription,drug frequency.Drugrelated coefficient,the newdata,so as to analyze the drug law,summarized his experience of treatment.Results:(1)Commonly used drugs before 20 asfollows:licorice,Sangpiaoxiao,Alpinia,Ephedra,Acorus,Dodder,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Bupleurum,Fructus Psoraleae,Radix Codonopsis,Radix linderae,Raspberry,Yam,Radix polygalae,Schisandra,Gallus gallus,Rosa,Fuling,Cimicifuga.One of the most widely used tonic medicine,accounting for the total frequency of 38.4% drugs,followed by Astringentdrug(15.5%),Diaphoretic(11.9%),Antipyretic(6.2%),Qi antipyretic drugs(6.0%),Resuscitation drugs(4.6%).(2)Use the drug to warm,flat,cumulative 82.5%;cool,use less hot drugs,the cumulative 2.2%.smelled the sweet,acrid,bitter drugs are most commonly used,the cumulative 86.5%;sour,salty,bitter,light use less,more accumulation of 13.5%.drugs in the kidney,lung,spleen,liver,stomach the heart,by 86.5%,the cumulative;in the bladder,colon,gallbladder,small intestine,triple burner,pericardium drug less accumulation of 13.5%.(3)A total of 27 combinations of commonly used drugs can be obtained.The core of the new combination can be divided into two groups,with a total of 6 pairs and 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Tutor in treating infantile primary enuresis treatment with tonic,astringent,stressed that“virtual”is the important pathogenic factor of this disease,lung spleen kidney three dirty,bladder dysfunction is the basic pathogenesis of the disease,and lung loses Xuan Su,Yu is also associated with the closed cardio cerebral disease;both in the treatment of specimens,and focus on the application of Xuanfei resuscitation products.
