Cui Wencheng Professor’s Analysis On The Regularity Of Medication In The Treatment Of Children’s Asthma

Objective: By arranging clinical medical records,establishing a database,and using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform to explore Professor of medication rules and clinical experience in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods: From November 2019 to March 2022,the prescriptions for the treatment of children with asthma issued by the outpatient service of Professor in Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected as the original data.Input the original data into the system under the supervision of two persons,establish a database,conduct statistics and analysis on the data,and summarize the medication rules.Results: According to the screening of the inclusion criteria,a total of 386 prescriptions from 386 children were included in this study,including 232 male children and 154 female children;the age range was concentrated in 4-6 years old,with a total of 186 patients.In the syndrome statistics,99 cases(25.65%)with heat asthma syndrome;78 cases(20.21%)with mixed cold and heat syndrome;59 cases(15.28%)with cold asthma syndrome;the top 10 herbs in overall drug frequency statistics They are: licorice root,ephedra,honeysuckle,scutellaria baicalensis,earthworm,northern ginseng,pinellia chinensis,asarum,dried ginger,bitter almond.Through the statistics of the four qi,it is concluded that there are more cold,warm and flat drugs,and the least hot drugs.According to the statistics of five flavors,bitterness is the most,followed by sweet and pungent.According to statistics,the meridians are mainly composed of the four meridians of the lung,stomach,spleen and liver.Thirty-two core drug combinations were obtained after association rule analysis of drugs.Through cluster analysis,a total of 7 new recipe combinations were obtained.Conclusion Professor Cui Wencheng treats children’s asthma by stages.During the attack period,eliminating pathogenic factors is the first step,regulating qi activity is the most urgent step,and eliminating phlegm is the most important step.The key to remission lies in tonifying lung,spleen and kidney.Summarize five academic thoughts:(1)The method of "treating liver" runs through all syndromes of asthma attack;(2)Put forward the method of "benefiting lung and dissolving yin" to treat cold asthma;(3)Treatment of heat asthma should be divided into deficiency and excess;(4)The treatment of cold-heat syndrome should dredge shaoyang and regulate qi activity;(5)In the remission stage,it is advisable to treat the disease by tonifying lung,strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm.
