| In this paper,summarizing the knowledge of low immunit with influenza A(H1N1)virus of traditional Chinese medicine,and for influenza high-risk people who are in low immunity,to establish the influenza A(H1N1)virus-infected mice that had their immune system,so as to explore the efficacy of Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction for the treatment of influenza has been evaluated,and the therapeutic mechanism of the prescription has been investigated.Objective: To establish the influenza A(H1N1)virus-infected mice that had their immune system,and to observe the efficacy of Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction and then to investigate the mechanism for the teatment of this disease using this model.Methods: Experiments were run to establish the influenza A(H1N1)virus-infected mice that had their immune system suppressed by cyclophosphamide(CP)therapy,and using Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction to treat this disease.Comparing with lung index and spleen index,thymus index,vial loads,severe lung pathology,body weight loss and anus temperature,as well as the CD3~+CD4~+ and CD3~+CD8~+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of mice to evaluate the treatment effect.Results: Fistly,mice model of unimpressive infected with influenza A(H1N1)virus.Treated with Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction on this model,the general condition,physiological status,lung index,mortality rate of mice were observed,and the efficacy of Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction was evaluated.The efficacy of Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction for the prevention and treatment of the disease has been proved by the tendency of the improvement of physiological status and significant alleviation of the pathological impairment of lung tissue on the model mice.In the same time,the decrease in lung pathology and vial loads,increase in both CD3~+CD4~+ and CD3~+CD8~+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of mice may reveal the therapeutical effect.Conclusion: By intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide and infecting with influenza A(H1N1)virus can successfully establish this model.In some degree,Mahuang-xixin-fuzi decoction for the treatment of model has some effect. |
