Association Between Lipoprotein(a),Apolipoprotein A1,Apolipoprotein B And Cerebral Infarction | | Posted on:2018-06-13 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Y Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2334330536971924 | Subject:Neurology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship of serum lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)],apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1),apolipoprotein B(Apo B)and cerebral infarction.Methods207 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January of 2015 to March of 2016 were recruited as cerebral infarction group.According to gender,the cerebral infarction group was divided into male cerebral infarction group and female cerebral infarction group.207 patients without cerebral infarction in the hospital were enrolled as control group.The cerebral infarction group,male cerebral infarction group,female cerebral infarction group were compared with the control group to analyze the relatonship of serum Lp(a),Apo A1,Apo B and cerebral infarction.Results(1)Compared with the control group,the cerebral infarction group had a significantly higher level of Lp(a)and Apo B(P<0.05),a much lowerer level of Apo A1(P<0.05),male cerebral infarction group had a much higher level of Lp(a)and Apo B(P<0.05),and female cerebral infarction group had a much higher level of Lp(a)(P<0.05).(2)Multivariable analysis results showed that the level of Lp(a)had significant correlation with cerebral infarction(OR=1.715,P=0.001).The level of Lp(a)was correlated with male cerebral infarction(OR=1.615,P=0.017)and female cerebral infarction(OR=2.079,P=0.011).ConclusionLp(a)is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.,and it has the closest correlation with female cerebral infarction.Apo A1 maybe is a protective factor for cerebral infarction,while Apo B maybe is a risk factor,and the relationgship between Apo A1,Apo B and cerebral infarction may be related to sex differences. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Cerebral infarction, Lp(a), ApoA1, ApoB, Lipids | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
