| Objective:To observe the change of plasma A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease with ThromboSpondinⅠMotifs 7(ADAMTS-7),to analyze the relationship of plasma ADAMTS-7 and Gensini Score in patients of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 389 consecutive patients with chest pain hospitalized in our department from April 2016 to Feburary 2017 were collected.According to the standard of“Inclusion and exclusion criteria”,151 patients were recruited.The clinical data and the changes of ADAMTS-7 and other biochemical markers were compared between 31 patients with non-CHD and 120 patients with CHD.Gensini score was computed based on the result of coronary angiography.The 120 CHD were divided into four groups: 4~8score group(Ⅰgroup),9~12 score group(Ⅱgroup),13~33 score group(Ⅲ group),≥34score group(Ⅳgroup).The level of ADAMTS-7 among two groups were compared by Independent-Samples T Test.The level of ADAMTS-7 among five groups were compared by analysis of variance(ANOVA).To evaluate the correlation of Gensini score and ADAMTS-7 is to adopt Spearman correlation analysis.Results:1.ADAMTS-7 levels were significantly higher in CHD group than in non-CHD group [(71.44±27.33)ng/ml vs(36.17±14.02)ng/ml,P < 0.001 ].2.The higher levels of serum ADAMTS-7 of Ⅳgroup,Ⅲ group,Ⅱgroup,Ⅰgroup compare with non-CHD group[(97.06±27.83)ng/ml,(75.38±25.40)ng/ml,(58.64±14.15)ng/ml,(56.01±17.76)ng/ml vs(36.17±14.02)ng/ml,P < 0.001].The levels of serum ADAMTS-7 of Ⅱgroup,Ⅰgroup has no diference(P < 0.05),it significantly increased with the increase of Gensini score.3.After adjusting for other confounding factors,there is still a significant correlation between Gensini score and ADAMTS-7 levels(P < 0.001).Conclusion:ADAMTS-7 levels were significantly higher in CHD group,ADAMTS-7 value was postively associated with Gensini score.ADAMTS-7 may serve as a novel biochemical marker for coronary artery lesion in CHD patients. |
