| ObjectiveTo study the use intention,habit,safety cognition andcognition and consumption of drinking water of different people.From the aspects of gender,age,occupation,cultural level,family economic status,etc,the cognition and consumption of different people on drinking water cups and packaged drinking water were analyzed.Popularize relevant health knowledge,improve people’s health awareness,correct bad behavior habits,and promote scientific and healthy drinking habits.MethodsThis study adopts stratified random sampling method.Adults aged 18-65 years were selected as subjects of investigation.Through the form of questionnaire,study the cognition and use status of drinking water cup and packaging drinking water.Understand the basic situation of the subjects,the use of drinking cups,the use of habits,safety awareness and packaging drinking water awareness and consumption.Results1.The survey object is mainly from the aspects of material,price,function and so on when choosing the drinking water cup.The difference of material selection is glass 44.8%,ceramic 27.3%and stainless steel 12.0%,which is consistent with the safety cognitive ordering of different materials.Age,occupation,cultural level(P<0.01),monthly income level and family economic status(P<0.05)have statistical significance to the choice of drinking water cup materials.Only 44.7%of the brands concerned,the price of the choice is 10-30 yuan,36.8%.Age,cultural level,monthly income level,family economic status and personal health status were significantly different in price selection(P<0.01).The drinking water cup with different capacity of 61.0%chose 400-800 ml,among which gender,occupation,monthly income and personal health status had significant difference on the capacity of drinking water cup(P<0.05).2.The overall scientific rationality of the drinking cup habit was better,but there were significant differences.among them," carefully reading the relevant notes before drinking cups(42.2%)"," drinking different drinks using different cups(43.3%)"," the drinking cup needs to be periodically replaced(63.8%)" the overall correct rate is less than 70%.The drinking water cup is the most used cleaning water washing,the new drinking cup is the most used water is also simple cleaning,9.2%of the respondents choose to use more other methods to clean the first use of new drinking cups.The highest frequency of cleaning is 1-2 days/times.The frequency of drinking glasses in sex,age,occupation,cultural level and personal hygiene condition had statistical significance(P<0.05).The frequency of female cleaning is higher than that of male.With the improvement of the cultural level,the frequency of cleaning is increased.Personal hygiene condition good cleaning frequency is high.63.8%of the drinking glasses were replaced regularly,and the highest was lost or damaged,accounting for 47,8%.Gender,age,occupation,cultural level,monthly income level,family economic status,personal health status of the regular replacement of drinking glasses has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The subjects of the survey paid more attention to the safety related knowledge of drinking water cups.Access to the most is through the network accounted for 57.7%,followed by family and friends told 50.2%.Plastic cup detection quality method is the most choice through the smell of smell accounted for 86.2%,followed by product certification accounted for 59.5%.There are differences between different methods of object selection and detection.The survey objects have less knowledge on safety related knowledge and use of plastic materials,and only 18.2%of the plastic triangles know the meaning of the figure.The choice of high temperatureresistance of different materials was only 19.0%.There is less awareness of BPA and its hazards in the use process,and the perception of harm reduction is generally low.4.Most of the respondents will choose to pack drinking water.Choose the top three packaging water brand followed by the farmer spring,Wahaha and Master Kong.Packaging water to buy the majority of choice in the mall or supermarket purchase accounted for 53.9%.choose the price of bottled water is the most 2-3 yuan.Bottled water drinking frequency per week<1 bottle accounted for 54.7%,7 bottles per week and above 3.8%.The favorite type is natural mineral water accounted for 42.2%.In the purchase of bottles(barrels)to pack the water to consider the factors in the top three are followed by quality assurance,price and drinking water types.Of the health effects of packaging drinking water,62.2%of the respondents considered that the e were only 33.5%of the respondents who preferredto drink natural weak alkaline water,41.8%did not understand.The daily drinking water of the surveyed subjects was less than 1500ml,accounting for 67.7%.There was significant difference in the daily drinking water between sex,age,occupation and monthly income(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Different people have a certain understanding of the drinking water cup related knowledge,but not deep enough,in the use of habits there are different degrees of unreasonable aspects.2.The use of packaged drinking water is more common,it has a certain understanding of packaged drinking water,but not comprehensive.3.Most of the respondents did not have enough drinking water,and did not meet the recommended dietary guidelines for residents.4.Proposed multi-way to carry out nutrition and health publicity,strengthen health education,improve health literacy,enhance health awareness.Depth understanding of drinking water related safety knowledge,scientific choice of drinking cups,to correct unreasonable drinking cups habits and drinking habits to protect drinking water safety.Understand the knowledge of packaging and drinking water,the correct purchase of qualified packaging water to ensure the quality of drinking water. |
