In the hospital management system,human resources management occupies a very crucial position.From the actual development situation,it often has a direct impact on the hospital’s image building.Especially in the diversified medical service market today,public hospitals must have a precise understanding of themselves,re-positioning,highlighting the advantages to make up for the deficiencies.At present,China’s socialist construction has enjoyed unprecedented development.As people’s income level and living standards continue to increase,their pursuit of spiritual life also increases:People are not content with simple basic medical assistance but also expect better medical care.At the same time,with the advent of the socialist construction and the advent of an information age,the health system has also changed.At this stage,the system and form of medical units in our country are increasingly diversified,and the competition in the domestic medical market is relatively fierce.However,as an important part of the medical system,public hospitals have become increasingly prominent problems in human resources management:lagging management awareness,inadequate attention paid to personnel,unscientific performance appraisal system,unreasonable salary system and imperfect personnel training system..These problems seriously restrict the level of development of public hospitals,but also make the market demand can not be met,leading to conflicts between patients and intensified.This article focuses on the following three aspects.First of all,on the basis of elaborating the theory of new public management and human resource management,combined with the current situation of human resource management in public hospitals in our country,we emphasize that we should improve the management ability,and put the performance principle of new public management and public service concept The content is introduced into the human resources management system of public hospital so that the related problems existing are properly solved.Secondly,during the investigation,the author selected T City X Hospital as the main research object,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of its personnel structure,recruitment methods,personnel training and other aspects,the public hospital to carry out human resource management activities exist The related issues are summarized as follows:First,the hospital management concept of human resource management is not strong;Second,the echelon of unreasonable talent;Third,lower wages and benefits,performance evaluation mechanism is imperfect;Fourth,talent promotion and talent development limited space;Training content and scope is limited,the intensity is not strong.The main reasons for the above problems are:the management system of talent building and philosophy behind the development of traditional talent development mechanism has many drawbacks,talent development and training is not enough,unreasonable talent incentive mechanism and the lack of an effective performance evaluation system.Finally,according to the existing problems and their causes,this paper introduces the idea of new public management according to the actual situation,and then puts forward the relevant development proposals from the perspective of human resources management in public hospitals.It is hoped that the overall quality of staff in X City Hospital of T City will be improved,To make up for the lack of human resources management in public hospitals to some extent,to help improve the overall competitiveness. |
