Objective:Effect of Acupuncturing Chang Qiang acupoint on IL-1 beta,IL-6 and IL-10 leve ls in autistic rats.Method:One of the female and male rats stayed in the cage for the night.The white or pale yellow translucent suppository in the vaginal cavity of the female mice was chec ked on the 0.5 day(Embryofoday,E0.5).Confirmed pregnant females were reared sep arately,were randomly divided into two groups of pregnancy rat,using the random gr ouping method,the pregnant rats were randomly divided into two groups,a group of E12.5 in the pregnant rats by intraperitoneal injection of VPA(dose 600mg/kg,VPA p owder with 0.85%saline with 250mg/ml solution),as VPA group,another group pregn ant rats were injected with normal saline as blank group.The production of group VP A rat by developmental behavioral assessment after screening,were randomly divided i nto model group,long strong group,non acupoint group,6 rats in each group.In the Chang Qiang group,the Chang Qiang points were taken.The non acupoint acupunct ure of non acupoints in the non acupoint group was not a non acupoint point.The sp ecific location was 2cm on the posterior upper spine of the iliac,and the 5cm on the side of the spine.Time lmin,10 days as 1 course of treatment,intervention 1 cours es,blank group and model group simulated daily grab min,under the same condition.After the intervention,the open field experiment was carried out and the expression of IL-1 beta,IL-6 and IL-10 in the serum of each group was detected by Elisa.Result:1.Weight measurement results:compared with the blank group,the weight of PND7,PND14 and PND21 in the VPA group was significantly different(p<0.05).2.Eye opening test results:compared with the blank group,the VPA group had a rel atively late eye opening time,and there was no significant difference in PND 12,PND 13,PND14 and PND15,and PND16 had significant difference(p<0.05).3.Directional tropism function results:compared with blank group,VPA group had sta tistical difference in PND8,PND9 and PND10(p>0.05 or p<0.01),indicating that VP A group reduced their vestibular function and location sensation to varying degrees du e to modeling.4.Swimming test:compared with the blank group,the scores of VPA group in PND9,PND11,PND 13 and PND 15 were lower than those in the blank group,with a signif icant difference(p<0.05).5.Open field experiment:the number of vertical motion,the number of horizontal cro ssing and the number of hair cut are counted.In terms of vertical movement,before i ntervention(i.e.PND23),compared with the blank group,there was significant differe nce between the three groups of young rats(p<0.01),compared with the model group,there was no difference between the long strength group and the non acupuncture gr oup.After intervention(PND33),compared with the blank group,there was a significa nt difference between the model group and the non acupoint group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the long strength group(p=0.392>0.05),compared wi th the model group,there was significant difference between the Changqiang group(p<0.01)and the non acupoint group.Compared with pre intervention,the long strength group had significant difference(F=-2.226,p=0.026<0.05),and there was no significa nt difference.In terms of horizontal crossing times,before intervention(i.e.PND23),c ompared with the blank group,there were significant differences between the three gro ups of offspring(p<0.01),compared with the model group,there was no difference be tween the long group and the non point group.After intervention(PND33),compared with the blank group,there was a significant difference between the model group and the non acupoint group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the long strength group(p=0.789>0.05),compared with the model group,there was significant difference between the Changqiang group(p<0.01)and the non acupoint group.Comp ared with pre intervention,the long strength group had significant difference(F=-2.201,P=0.028<0.05),and there was no significant difference.Compared with the blank gro up,there was no significant difference between the three groups of rats(p>0.05)befor e intervention(PND23).There was no significant difference in the prognosis(PND33),compared with the blank group(p>0.05),and there was a significant difference betw een the long strong group and the non acupoint group(p=0.03<0.05).Compared with pre intervention,there was no significant difference between the four groups(p>0.05).6.ELISA detection:serum IL-1 beta concentration comparison:compared with the blan k group,there was a significant difference between the model group and the non acup oint group(p<0.01 or<0.05),there was no significant difference in the long strength group(p=0.997>0.05),compared with the model group,there was no significant differ ence between the long strength group and the non acupoint group(p>0.05).Compariso n of serum IL-6 concentration:compared to the blank group,there is significant differ ence between long strong group and non acupoint group(p<0.05),no significant differ ence between the model group(p=0.075>0.05);compared with the model group,long strong group had no significant difference compared with non acupoint group(P group,=0.231 P long strong,non acupoint group =0.251>0.05).Comparison of serum IL-10 concentration:there was a significant difference between the blank group and the long strength group(P=0.039<0.05),the difference between the model group and the non acupoint group was more significant(p<0.01),compared with the model group,the Ch angqiang group was different(p=0.047<0.05),and there was no significant difference b etween the non acupoint group.Conclusion:1.the acupuncture of Changqiang point can improve the perception of the new things in the autistic rats and enhance the activity.2.The level of IL-1 beta and IL-10 in the serum of autistic rats could be improved b y acupuncture at Changqiang point,and there was no significant change in serum IL-6.
