Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Patients With Yin And Yang Deficiency By NovoNorm Combined With Shenqi Pill

Objective The Diabetes Mellitus(DM)is a chronic hyperglycemia companion carbohydrate and fat and protein metabolic disturbance disease which caused by insulin Insulin action defect and insulin secretion In recent years,it has become one of the most important diseases threatening human life,and Type 2 diabetes is the most common type.The progression of diabetes can cause chronic damage to the eye,kidneys,heart,and blood vessels,as well as dysfunction and failure.Typical diabetes patients show polydipsia,polydipsia,polyuria,overeating,and weight loss,In traditional Chinese medicine,it meets the category of diabetes.It was first found in<Suwen strange disease theory>And has a special discussion on Zhang Zhongjing’s<Jinkui Yaolue>,therapeutic prescription was also put forward."Jinguishenqi pill" for its nourishing kidney,warming yang to gasification of water is widely used in the treatment of diabetic kidney qi deficiency syndrome.The project aims to study the application effect of Jinguishenqi pill in modern clinical and safety.For the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,especially for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with early renal disease,it provides more effective treatment basis.Methods 42 Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with kidney qi deficiency were studied,they were randomly divided into 2 groups,21 cases in treatment group and 21 cases in control group.Both group took NovoNorm tablets(lmg tid po),and the treatment group received Jinkuishenqiwan(20-25 bid po)3 months of a course.Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria in the 2 groups were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing blood sugar and reducing microalbuminuria.In the comparison of curative effect before and after treatment,the total effective rate of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary albumin in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the statistical significance was found in the treatment group before and after the treatment in the treatment group.There was no significant difference in total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference of blood lipid indexes between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It can not be proved that the treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing blood fat.3.The total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups were significantly different.The treatment group in the five upset hot,insomnia forgetful,Yaoxisuanruan the symptoms improved better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was obviously better than that of the control group4.76%.There were 1 cases of hypoglycemia in the treatment group,and no other adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion NovoNorm combined with Jinkuishenqi pill for treatment of kidney deficiency in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively reduce blood glucose,reduce urinary albumin.It has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on patients with early nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.It also has good effect especially for kidney yin deficiency,yin and Yang is not caused by the five upset hot,insomnia forgetful,Soreness and weakness of waist and knees,More frequent night urination.
