Listening and speaking teaching of early traditional higher vocational English in China has some problems,such as the imperfect theory design.So it leads teachers and students to an embarrassing situation.Therefore the author studies the reason of impact higher vocational student.In the study,the author finds that the traditional teaching method can not meet the students' learning needs.So it is the reason why higher vocational students have a poor English level.Therefore it is necessary to study the teaching mode.In class teaching,students are taught as intellectuals and learners of knowledge.So students are the key factors that influence the effectiveness of English teaching.The experiential teaching emphasizes the four elements of the 4E theory.It includes the environment,engagement,enjoyment and enhanceme.These four elements from the deep point of view are designed for student's learning characteristics and requirements.A successful teaching model is provided in a good learning environment by the teachers and make them participate in the teaching process and has a pleasant mood while students will give the feedback to the teacher to achieve the resonance of knowledge.The author finds that the theory of schema and experiential teaching are based on cognitive psychology,constructionist and experiential philosophy.Both of them emphasizes the importance of learners.Therefore the combination of schema theory and experiential English teaching model are an effective way to practice.Moreover the data from the literature database show that there is a little literature about the experiential English listening and speaking teaching.And there is no literature about the students of higher vocational students.Therefore it is an innovation point.Scholars use schema theory to study human's mind.That is schema theory.Schema theory was widely applied.Especially in the experiential teaching,Schema theory plays a theoretical role in guiding students' mind.And it helps students and teachers achieve the win-win situation of teaching and learning.However,in the teaching of English listening and speaking,the experiential English teaching in the perspective of schema theory is to help students develop English mind.And it improves students' level of English listening and speaking.In order to verify the rationality of English listening and speaking teaching in the perspective of schema theory,the author uses the questionnaire survey method,the comparative analysis method and the interview method to verify the rationality of the theory.In this experiment,the author selected Heilongjiang Agricultural and Technical Vocational College to be the experimental school and chose two natural classes to be experimental classes.There are 60 students in each class.Students in these two classes have the same listening and oral grades of college entrance examination.In the experiment,the author taught experience English to class one and the author taught traditional English to class two.After a semester experiment,we can concluded that the experimental class was better than contrast class in English listening and speaking aspect.Therefore,the experiential English teaching based on schema theory is an effective teaching method.And all the results are derived from the SPSS data analysis.So the data is reliable.This experiment is successful.First of all,the questionnaire method can certify the perspective of schema theory of experiential English listening and speaking teaching is reasonable.And it can carry out further comparative experiment.Second,the grades of experimental class are indeed better than those of the contrast class.From the teachers' interview,teachers considered to study a new method of vocational English listening and speaking teaching.But the experiment also has some shortcomings,higher vocational students' listening and speaking skills has not been improved.And the experiment is only applied in the experimental school,but it did not confirm whether the results of the experiment suitable for all national vocational students.So I hope to study the solution of the problem,and I also hope that the experiment can spread to other vocational colleges.
