Today,with the rapid development of education and the advancement of education system, people pay widely attention to the teachers' professional ethics. As the first quality of practitioners, teachers' professional moral can transmit the socialist core values and social norm to middle school students according to the national requirements. However, our country is in the period of social transition, teachers' views and ideas change greatly due to the rapid development of science and technology, network education increasingly mature. With the traditional exam-oriented education and survival competition pressure, young teacher's professional ethics is facing more challenges. Therefore, to seek new ways to improve teachers' professional ethics,we should change young teachers'ways of thinking.according to the different schools and teachers' individual moral difference, we should face the practical teaching problems, think highly of the current social transformation and the network education.In this paper, we take some of the young teachers of linfen YaoDou area as the research objectresearch is done by the methods of literature search, questionnaire survey and depth interview/The investigation on the research is divided into four aspects:the professional attitude, professional responsibility, professional skills, professional discipline.The results showed:in general, young teachers have the right working attitude,they can understand its own responsibility, and can be combined with the new changes of network society, guide the students to form good qualities.However, influenced by social transformation, some young teachers' education teaching attitude is not correct, autonomous and lifelong learning awareness is not strong. There is a lack of innovation awareness and non-standard professional conduct about their education teaching idea.In view of the existing problems, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the young teachers professional moral indifference:society, school's safeguard mechanism is not sound, lack of teaching idea renewal of teachers' education, exam-oriented education and the influence of the young teachers' own quality, etc.To enhance the young teachers' professional ethics,we mainly state from the aspects of society, schools and teachers themselves.We should use the socialist core value to guide the teachers' professional ethics construction, create a good social education environment; formulate feasible education reform to improve the mechanism of middle school teachers' professional ethics construction; In the teachers' level, we should cultivate the good moral quality, improve the professional ethics of the young teachers training.
