Serving in volleyball is the beginning of the game and plays a vital role in the game.A high quality serve is both an effective offensive weapon that destroys each other's offensive tactics and can reduce the pressure of the defensive players.The higher proportion of men's jump service in different levels of the different levels of the game,the jump serve has become the most common serve of men in volleyball.If you want to win the game,you must improve your ability to jump.Research purposes: through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey research methods,such as looking for improve the volleyball jump serving in the core strength training means,take the experiment verify the training methods to improve the effect of core strength.Determine the experiment of the independent variable and dependent variable,that is,to improve men's volleyball vigorously jump serving batting practice means index and verify the training methods to improve the significant jump serving effect index.The 24 players are divided into experimental group and control group,to ensure the former two groups has no significant compared to the basic indicators,using independent sample t-test and paired sample T test of two groups of athletes body core stability index,jump serving speed and success rate index to comparative statistical analysis of data before and after the experiment.By analyzing the results of the experiment,the following conclusion:1.the independent variable of the experiment,which is the "core strength" training method for the men's special athletes,is effective;It is reasonable to use the measurement indicators(dependent variables)for the training method,which can reflect the effect of training the training method of "core strength".2.The "core strength training" method helps to improve the core stability of the player's jump.3.The "core strength training" method helps improve the speed of the ball.4.The "core strength training" method helps to improve the success rate of the stroke.5.The core strength training method used by the experimental group is superior to the traditional training method adopted by the control group.
