Acrylonitrile is the important chemical raw materials of the three synthetic materials(fiber,rubber,plastic).It is mainly used to produce polyacrylonitrile fiber(acrylic),ABS/SAN resin,acrylamide,adiponitrile,carbon fiber,styrene,etc.At present,the acrylonitrile occupies a significant place in synthetic fiber,synthetic resins and other polymer materials.In addition,acrylonitrile polymer and acrylonitrile derivatives are also widely used in building materials and daily necessities.Acrylonitrile was prepared for the first time in 1893 by the French chemist.Not until the 1940 s,did it begin to product industrial.In 1960,BP successfully created the new technology of acrylonitrile by propylene,ammonia and air in a fluidized bed reactor under heterogeneous catalysis direct ammoxidation.Because of the simple process,convenient operation,reactants,and low cost,this technology rapidly spread all over the world,with 90% of the world's acrylonitrile plant adopting the method.As a result,the method of acrylonitrile production is becoming more and more matural,the study aspect is also transfered from guaranteeing the normal production to run steady for a long period,from the original production of qualified products to the production of acrylonitrile optimal grade.Due to the rapid increase of acrylonitrile unit,the market competition is becoming more and more severe.In order to get biggest advantage in the competition,acrylonitrile industry at home and abroad try to get the maximize benefits by means of continuously improving the reaction and the refined technology.This method to produce acrylonitrile can be simply divided into two parts,reaction and refined.In recent years,we all try to improve and optimize the two parts.The optimization is mainly reflecting on the development of new catalyst,E-102 online washing and improvement of the quench tower.For recycling and refining part,we mainly tey to save energy consumption,increase the control level,increase the operation time,optimize product quality index and reduce environmental pollution.The energy saving technologies includes waste heat recovery technology,energy,organic recycling concentrated technology,refined tail gas recovery technology,the technology to improve the four effect evaporation rate,etc.With the development of new technology by research institutions in the continuous application,domestic device also has been trying for improvements to optimize their own devices.These technologies often have a low cost and high efficiency of distinctive.Parking and driving of the device can cause a huge loss,therefore,how to make the device run steady for a long period is very important,In addition,with the development of downstream products and fine degree of acrylonitrile products,the quality requirements become more and more high.As a result,to study the indicators and optimization of process operation is also very important in the production.Based on the above reasons,this thesis take the third acrylonitrile unit of jilin petrochemical acrylonitrile factory as the main object,research and discuss the optimized operation,the analysis and solving of device common problem and technological transformation.
