Research On The Construction Of "One Map" Comprehensive Supervision Platform For Land And Resources In Fuyang District Of Hangzhou City

With the land and resources administration reform deepening comprehensively,it has been difficult for the original land and resources information level to meet the requirements of land and resources administration,especially some new situations and requirements like "transferring power to a lower level","six-network actions",it needs to promote the information construction level further and reinforce the interconnection,sharing and comprehensive support abilities of business data.On the basis of the current land and resources administration informationization achievements,it is imperative to integrate and promote the comprehensive supervisory platform construction of land and resources by the unified planning and design,advanced software and hardware infrastructure and substep construction of system functions.This dissertation regards Fuyang District of Hangzhou City as the research area,on the basis of the current of land and resources informationization and under the new requirements of new situation,it completes the comprehensive supervisory platform construction of land and resources by the SOA service-oriented system structure with the key technologies of Web Service technology,distributed spatial database storage technology,GIS technology,RTL data mining tool and map slice technique and with the core of“one map”,it achieves the functions of business application of land management,data display and data statistics analysis,meets all the business data management,sharing visit and business application in the land management.It provides reference for the country comprehensive supervisory platform construction.
