With the hydraulic-support market competition increasingly fierce,the hydraulic support reliability requirements of coal production enterprises is becoming higher and higher.To improve the hydraulic-support performance,shorten the design cycle and save the manufacturing cost has become a most significant problem for the enterprises.Based on the analysis of the research and development trend,this topic focus on solving the traditional hydraulic support design problem such as dynamic interference detection,the whole space mechanics analysis,3D modeling simulation and structure optimization associated with the skill and experience level of technical personnel,etc..[1]In the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 integrated compiler environment,to secondarily develop the platform of Pro/E system,we can use the Visual C++ language and the Pro/Toolkit bottom function library.Finally,the hydraulic support aided design system which includes the following functions:computer aided design and calculation,rapid simulation analysis and three-dimensional parametric modeling and so on,is researched and developed.The system mainly includes the following modules:the three-machine supporting and selection based on the database,four-linkage optimization based on the modern methods of optimization,the space mechanics analysis and simulation in the loading condition,the main structural strength design based on the maximum shear stress theory,the 3D parametric modeling technology and virtual assembly and Excel data report based on MFC Automation technology etc..Using this system,according to each module's man-machine interface,by inputting necessary parameters,it can be quickly completed design tasks that four-linkage optimization and simulation,the spatial analysis and simulation,the main structure strength check,3D parametric modeling and virtual assembly.And research and development of the system simplifies many of the traditional design processes which are repeated computation,screening programs and evaluation process.Moreover,it not only effectively improves the efficiency of design,reduces the design difficulty and greatly shorten the production cycle[2],as well as its function of 3D parametric modeling provides reliable technical support for Admas simulation and ANSYS finite element analysis,which makes the design concept of "What is your thought,what the eyes is to see" effectively achieved in the virtual environment.Finally,the article takes ZZ7000/19/39 hydraulic support parameterized design as an example,using the system to calculate technical parameters and simulate.The results of calculation and analysis respectively compare with the Admas movement simulation results and the Ansys finite element analysis results.The results show that the system motion simulation data and Admas simulation results are consistent;the main structure stress calculation results are significantly consistent with the Ansys results;therefore using this system can effectively ensure the design quality and greatly improve design efficiency.
