With the rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry of China, market demand for large alloy forgings is growing, also the increasing precise and large-scale. This development opportunity not only makes the hydraulic press manufacture face a new challenges, but also put higher requirements to its design and development.The traditional body design of hydraulic press adopt the method of combining theoretical formula and experience data, in line with the finite element analysis results show not only time consuming work, but also with a certain degree of blindness to determine the size structure, resulting in redundant structural components, too large equipment weight.In this paper, three-beam four-post combined hydraulic press for the object, the use of VB programming in SolidWorks software platform for secondary development, establish human-computer interaction systems, complete the hydraulic machines parameters of the design and use of ABAQUS finite element software hydraulic press frame for mechanical strength and stiffness Analysis, greatly improving the efficiency of hydraulic machines design and quality.Firstly,combine the results of theoretical analysis and the experience data of hydraulic press design to determine the critical hydraulic press structural dimensions of the value of parts method and its procedures.Secondly,using SolidWorks to build modeling of the hydraulic press parts and assembly, while each parts created design table, you can file a single generate multiple design changes for parts.The establishment of a hydraulic press standard size of standard parts database.Moreover,by editing the VB language on changing part size , opening the parts. Also the parts can be Assembly. At last,using ABAQUS software to analyze body of hydraulic press for testing parts of the intensity and stiffness.From the perspective of the strength of some weak parts on the structure of beams made improvements.
