Application Research Of RBI Technology On Crude Unit

This paper based on the risk inspection(RBI)technique,the petrochemical company 5 million tons/year often pressure-relief device in process system of the main static equipment for the quantitative risk assessment,quantified device and the risk of equipment,equipment on the risk calculation and risk rank,screen high-risk equipment,and the unit carries on the comprehensive corrosion mechanism census,in view of the different equipment,according to the risk level and corrosion mechanism established corresponding inspection strategies and Suggestions.In the paper,according to the concept of integrity management equipment,using the software of RB.eye(?)Conducting Risk Assessment for 84 Static equipments in main Process system(not include the Utility system and Auxiliary system,such as Fuel oil,gas,oil sealing,cooling water,etc).Results Showed:This Unit has 45 equipments at high levels of risk.Analyzes the corrosion mechanism of higher risk equipment,and implementation of inspection plan by based on risk level and damage model,put forward some measures of risk management and some methods to improve the integrity of the equipment operation management.Based on the risk inspection technology can bring huge economic benefits.According to the implementing RBI experience show that the reliable data basis,according to the unit risk distribution make inspection strategy,can make the shutdown overhaul days reduced by 10%,make the test cost decrease 15%,and strengthen the device overhaul of safety and maintenance quality and management.In order to improve the petrochemical industry in our country in the world the competitiveness of the counterparts,and ensure safety basis,reduce risk,reduce cost,improving the reliability is the only way.
