Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Shanxi Province Under The View Of Marxist Capital Criticism

In the party’s 19 conference clearly pointed out that to establish " people and nature is a community of life,human beings must respect nature,conform to nature,protect nature" and put forward from 2020 to 2035,to achieve " fundamentally improve the ecological environment,beautiful China basically achieve the goal.In terms of the economic development of Shanxi province has been in a steady stage,but in the process of comprehensive economic development in Shanxi province,the ecological environment problem is getting worse and worse,seriously threatening the living environment and development environment of Shanxi province people,more is not conducive to the long-term construction and development of ecological civilization in Shanxi province.In view of this situation,under the guidance of Marxist theory of capital criticism,we should adopt a dialectical attitude to view the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization in Shanxi province,first of all,we should respect the natural law of ecological development,at the same time play to everyone’s intelligence,but also called on the government,society,the media and the people’s strength to jointly improve the ecological environment,so that people can be from the heart and the concept of protecting the ecological environment into the specific daily behavior of people to go to,only in this way,the construction of ecological civilization in Shanxi province can be more smoothly and steadily forward.This paper focuses on the part of Marxist capital critical theory in the classic works,and constantly study this part of the theory,and can refine the ecological civilization construction research to Shanxi province,to create a unique new development of ecological civilization construction in Shanxi province.This paper is divided into five chapters on the structure of Shanxi ecological civilization construction.The first chapter is from the macro point of view of the construction of ecological civilization to fully grasp,and understand the forefront of the construction of ecological civilization related to the dynamic,so that in combination with Marxist capital criticism under the deeper excavation is conducive to the formation of a unique new idea of ecological civilization in Shanxi province,the combination of the two is the innovation point of this article.The second chapter is concerned with the basic theory and concept of exposition,including capital criticism,ecological civilization concept of a clear definition of the ecological thought of Marx and Engels and ecological Marxist theory of ecological civilization in the study to grasp the coreidea of the theory.The third chapter is the problem of this paper,to grasp the actual problems in the construction of Shanxi ecological civilization,but also from the macro and micro,the whole and part,as well as the theory and reality of Shanxi ecological civilization construction problems in a deeper and multi-angle discussion.The fourth chapter is the key to this article,the application of Marxist capital criticism theory to the construction of Shanxi ecological civilization,not only in theory and practice will put forward constructive comments on the construction of Shanxi ecological civilization theory,which shows that the Marxist capital criticism theory not only has an important impact on the construction of Shanxi economic development,but also the construction of Shanxi ecological civilization to the Marxist capital criticism of the theoretical height.The fifth chapter is the problem-oriented writing ideas,in view of Shanxi ecological civilization construction in a series of problems from seven aspects of targeted and timely solutions.
