Research On Environmental Audit Evaluation System Of Steel Enterprises In Ecological Civilization Construction

With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the increasingly serious environmental pollution and ecological imbalance,China under the background of the country put forward to build a long term goal of ecological civilization,in the eighteenth big report the comprehensive discusses the various aspects of construction of ecological civilization,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization in the 18 th on the fifth plenary session of the first five-year plan are included in the countries.Environment audit for its environment has the function of supervision and verification becomes a tool of construction of ecological civilization,and enterprises as the main construction of ecological civilization and the biggest polluters,we should strengthen the environmental audit of enterprises.The use of environment audit to improve highlight the relationship between enterprise and environment,for the construction of ecological civilization is of great importance.This paper simply introduces the research background of this article,the research purpose and meaning,and then summarized the domestic and foreign research status about enterprise environment audit,found in the previous study of environmental auditing theory of systemic,to the enterprise environment audit practice to build the framework of research and practical is poorer,less research methods backward,etc.;Secondly,introduced in this paper the basic theory and theoretical basis,including the basic theory of ecological civilization construction and enterprise environmental auditing theory basis,and further for the construction of ecological civilization enterprise ecological environment evaluation system of the basic theory of study;Again,on this basis,construct the applicable to the construction of ecological civilization evaluation index system of enterprise environmental audit,and using expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,is a emphasis and difficulty of this article,and to enhance the scientificity and practicability of the evaluation index system,this paper applies the evaluation index system of H company,through the evaluation of the H enterprise environmental responsibility fulfillment situation,finally come to the conclusion that the full text,given the corresponding research proposal,prospects the future research direction.Based on the comprehensive environmental protection,resource consumption and waste emissions,waste treatment and environmental protection spending five aspects of evaluation of enterprises environmental responsibility fulfillment situation,to establish suitable for ecological civilization construction of the enterprise environment audit evaluation system.And the application of H enterprise case has verified the operability and validity of the evaluation system to some extent.
