Research On Ecological Civilization Evaluation Of Hunan Province Based On Two Kinds Of Statistical Comprehensive Evaluation Methods

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the construction of ecological civilization has attracted more and more attention from the government,the public and relevant scholars,and many excellent research results have been achieved.However,there are few quantitative research results on ecological civilization combined with statistical comprehensive evaluation method.In this thesis,two statistical comprehensive evaluation methods are used to quantify the ecological civilization of cities in Hunan Province.The key to the comprehensive evaluation of ecological civilization lies in the selection of evaluation methods and the determination of evaluation indexes.In this thesis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and TOPSIS method(ie ideal solution)are used to carry out comprehensive evaluation of Hunan provincial cities.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)chooses "ecological environmental protection","resource conservation" and "economic development,as three first-level evaluation indexes,and chooses 18 second-level evaluation indexes such as.green coverage rate of built-up areas","green area of urban parks per capita"and "sewage treatment rate of urban areas".At the same time,the weights of each index are determined by solving the maximum eigenvector of the decision matrix.The TOPSIS method chooses 18 evaluation indexes such as.green coverage rate of built-up areas","green area per capita of urban parks","sewage treatment rate of urban areas",and uses Delphi method to determine the weight of each index.Both methods are based on the Hunan Statistical Yearbook(2016-2018)to obtain index evaluation data,and use the three-year average data of each city to evaluate comprehensively.This thesis makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of the two evaluation results.At the same time,according to the evaluation results and the different situations of each city,the ranking situation of each city was analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward to improve the ecological civilization of Hunan Province.The complex calculations in this thesis are done with the help of R software.
