At the age of “the fusion of information technology and manufacturing”.Information construction of management has become an inevitable trend for the mould industry.However,the production process management of mould workshop has been the difficulties of the enterprise information construction,seriously restricts the development of the enterprise.Mould workshop have poor monitoring capability and low visualization.Aiming at this problem,a dynamic visualization monitoring system for mould workshop based on GIS technology was proposed.GIS have powerful functions of spatial data management,analysis,visualization and etc.Through the deep research of GIS key technology,provided customized GIS service for the mould production process monitoring system,realized the real-time and visual monitoring of the mould workshop production process,which will help to improve information construction of the mould enterprise.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,based of analyzing the situation,functional requirements and business process of mould workshop production process monitoring,built the architecture,function structure and network topology of the support system.Secondly,this paper put forward an idea for mould workshop production process monitoring based on GIS,and designed the monitoring system by using GIS spatial database technology,visualization technology and spatial analysis technology.The design mainly included the following points.(1)Adopted Arc SDE and SQL Server as data server,the spatial database and attribute database were created to realize the storage and management of spatial data and attribute data of the mold shop production process monitoring system.(2)Used of symbol,color,labeling,finally outputted in the form of map,and added operations such as the map to load,zoom in and out,roaming to achieve the data of mould workshop production process visual display.(3)Studied of spatial query and path analysis,to achieve the functions of the mould workshop production process information query and logistics path planning.Finally,based on the above research,the C / S design model,Visual Studio C # 2010 and Arc Engine component technology were used to develop the production process monitoring system of the mould workshop based on GIS,which realized the real-time information collection and management,the logistics management and the path planning and the visual monitoring of workpiece,equipment,logistics car,personnel and etc.
