Under the environment of "Industry 4.0",mold companies are now entering the information automation stage.Combining traditional manufacturing with communication,networks,and artificial intelligence to automatically track product information,which can not only assist the company to control the production process,but also become the key to the transformation of traditional mold companies to modern smart factories.This paper proposes an RFID-based indoor location tracking algorithm for object localization and tracking in the workshop,and develops an indoor location tracking system to achieve high precision tracking in real time.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the underlying data of RFID,especially the characteristics of the phase value,study the influence of the thermal noise and tag diversity on the positioning accuracy,study the relationship between the phase difference and the distance difference,and verify it through experiments,which can provide theoretical basis for the localization algorithm.(2)Studying the localization algorithm based on hologram according to the characteristics of tag phase value.The real position of the tag is gradually approached through the continuous superposition of hologram,and the cumulative probability density function and the difference function are introduced to solve the thermal noise and tag diversity,it can improve the localization accuracy to the cm level.(3)Aiming at the large amount of hologram's calculation,this paper proposes a hybrid location tracking algorithm based on hyperbola and hologram.It introduces hyperbola clusters by phase difference,determines the candidate set by hyperbolic crossover,and then filters out the tag positions by hologram superposition.Compared with the hologram algorithm,it can reduce the amount of calculation by 90%,and maintain the localization accuracy be cm level.(4)Developing an RFID-based real-time location tracking system for workshop,which is based on the hyperbola and hologram composite localization algorithm.It was deployed in the workshop environment to evaluate the positioning accuracy.Studying the effects of multi-path effects and antenna blind spots on the localization accuracy in order to optimize the algorithm,enhance the robustness of the algorithm,and finally achieve high-precision,low-latency tracking on the workshop.
