| The teams’ work safety performance is of great significance for coal mine to do well in work safety management.Scholars try to improve teams’ work safety performance in various ways.Using behavioral theory of individual behavior to study miners’ behavior rules,control and avoid miners’ unsafe behavior has become the mainstream trend of improving teams’work safety performance.However,scholars have generally focused on the enhancement of miners’ work safety behavior and the correction of unsafe behavior,and have neglected the in-depth study of the role of "organizational safety behavior" in the cause of accidents.As the most basic organization unit of coal mining enterprises,the teams’ work safety behavior directly affects "unsafe behavior of humam beings" and "unsafe state of the object",which interact with the miners’ work safety behavior,and determine the level of teams’ work safety performance.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between the teams’ work safety behavior,the miners’ work safety behavior and the teams’ work safety performance.Through theoretical analysis and the research results of relevant scholars,the dimensions of research variables are divided,and the relationships between the dimensions are assumed and the conceptual model of the relationship between the work safety performance and the work safety behavior of teams is constructed by using the structural equation model.According to the practice of the teams’ safety production and the purpose of this study,the measurement scales of the teams’ work safety behavior,the miners’ work safety behavior and the teams’ work safety performance are developed for the teams and groups of coal mine enterprises.Scales are packed into a questionnaire,and the questionnaire is used to test the scales.Finally,the concept model is fitted,the path coefficient in the model is estimated,the unremarkable paths are deleted,the final structural equation model is obtained.The effect of the latent variables in the final model is analyzed,and the proposed measures to improve the teams’ work safety performance are put forward according to the analysis results. |
